Material and labour for construction of Brick masonary valve chamber having 230mm thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 of internal dimensions of 900 mm x 900 mm x 600 mm, 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) for coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick fixed to MS angle iron frame made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 4 mm thick painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paints over one coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangements with Godrej lock including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting the existing GI pipes of size 80mm dia and taking branch connection including cutting, screwing/threading of exisiting pipe and providing all necessary GI fittings (ISI marked) etc and making necessary connection without taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive necessary fittings

Supply, install, lowering, testing and commissioning of horizontal type open well submersible pump sets for 290LPM, 25 Metre head, ISI Marked, suitable for 3 phase, 415 volt, suitable for open well with and including starter panel with DOL starter with suitable capacity, single phase/reverse phase preventor, Ammeter and Volt meter, sheet metal enclosure with locking arrangement etc. along with 3 core 4.0 Sqmm flat copper cable-40 RM complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 15 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed by Engr-in-Charge including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 with RCC pre-cast cover slab 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover slab 40mm thick with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm center to center both ways of size 540 x 540 x 50mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnels, wire mesh and provided with charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete shown in elctrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and testing complete all as specified.

M&L for boring holes depth not less than 1.0 mtr and up to 2.0 mtr and making good as existing under road pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technic and necessary machine with and including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mps working pressure, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of earthwork , transporation charges of drill machine with connected items, through bore, road cutting, obtaining prior approval of trench less boring line plan from state authority such as BBMP / KPTCL / Bescom etc complete. 2. Any damage caused to MES / Private / Govt / Bescom / KPTCL / BBMP assest during trenchless bore shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.

Material and Labour for dry river sand filling in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable cushioning including cleaning, spreading, levelling, punning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid..

Supply and lay unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV Type-1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm with ISI mark factory made all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, connecting, testing & commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electrical power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (earthed) of size 3 core 400 sqmm, ISI marked, conforming to IS 7098 Part II complete laid in trenches / poles / drawn through pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes: (a) Excavation, earthwork & PCC cable cover & GI pipe and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately. b) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of following :- i) Testing of cables before and after laying & jointing shall be carried out as per IS / SSR and reading to be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate. ii) The HT cable shall be purchased from OEM directly and not from their supplier / vendor (iii) Contractor shall obtain prior approval of make from the GE in writing before procurement (iv) Manufacturer's test certificate shall be submitted. (v) High Voltage test shall be conducted at site in attendance with E-in-Charge with suitable voltagte after laying and before commissioning of HT cables and reading shall be recorded.

Supply & Jointing cable jointing kit for striaght through (Earthed grade) HT 11 KV heat shrinkable type with all necessary jointing material suitable for 3 core 400 sqmm armoured XLPE cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Jointing cable end jointing kit for in door termination (Earthed grade) HT 11 KV heat shrinkable type with all necessary jointing material suitable for 3 core 400 sqmm armoured XLPE cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay RCC Hume pipe, NP2 type, 150mm bore of dia including necessary collar and cement work and making good disturbed surfaces etc as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for GI tubing 'Light grade' of size 150mm dia laid in trenches with all fittings for cable protection all as specified and directed.

M&L for Route and Joint Indicating slab of size 60cm length, 30cm width and 10cm thick ,casted in PCC 1:3:6 and words "MES 11KV UG CABLE" engraved/embedded to both side including arrow mark towards send point and slab grouted in ground 30cm deep in PCC 1:4:8 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Electrical Earthing of machinery installed at sub station with GI plate electrode of size 60 cm X 60cm X 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically ,earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr.deep below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip earth lead of size 32x6 mm strip by means of bolts, nuts,washers made of galvanised iron and connected to main control board /switch gear/ pannel boards all as specified and shown in Electrical plate No-3 of MES Schedule (SSR-2009) Part-I including necessery excavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal dust,salt and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber RCC 1:2:4 type,B1 cover slab 40mm thick with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm center to center both ways and with 6 mm dia MS hook complete and testing resistence all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus earth from site complete all as specified.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in post pillars etc all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Hardcore of broken stone gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified.

Material & Labour cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 150 mm thick as in sub base finishing cement concrete surface even and rough without using cement all as specified.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width, of grade C5 all as per IS 2185, having minimum average compressive strength 5 N/sqmm at 28 days and density not less than 1800 kg/cum, set in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 150 mm thick as in sub base finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using cement all as specified.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paints over one coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161 all as specified and directed.

S&F for roof trusses (framed) purlin, framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., complete using Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 Quality A) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Multi rib TM profile Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, cut as per site requirement fixed with self drilling/self tapping screw with EPDM seal etc., complete all as specified by manufacturer specification and manufacturer's instruction all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Multi rib TM profile Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, cut as per site requirement fixed with self drilling/self tapping screw with EPDM seal etc., complete all as specified by manufacturer specification and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing MS galvanised, 100x100mm mesh of 4mm dia wire complete all as specified and directed

Fixing Only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard, rails straining bolts etc including provision binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Chain link fencing and line wires shall be measured and paid as supply only separately.

Supplying and fixing of Mild steel angle iron work as in struts and posts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh and wire any type) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and embedding in concrete and screwing etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and Fixing of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, Each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exc. 30 cm long and diameter of neck is 12 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
