supply and laying of vertified tiles in ground floor, supply and fabrication of reception table with wall panelling works

Paving the floor with vertified tiles of size (1200x600) of approved colour , shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be Aldus Bianco3 & Aldus Brown 3 or Equivalent. Location: Reception Area and corridor.

Paving the floor with vertified tiles of size (600x600) of approved colour , shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be Kajaria cool cement or Equivalent for courtyard in ground floor.

Providing and fixing 20mm thick granite slab of approved quality (Jet Black) on step treads with necessary joint filling and backing material. The edge shall be moulded and machine polished with anti-skid Strip. Rate shall be inclusive of providing 25mm wide antiskid strip on tread parallel to the length of the tread and bull nosing the edge.

Supply and fabrication of reception room table of size: 3200mm X 1050mm X 600mm with table top made of 19mm plywood as per specifications.

Supply and paneling of seating boxing with 19mm commercial plywood boxing finished with 1.2mm laminate and necessary hardware with storage as per Drawing.
