Construction and Restoration work of Internal Roads and Drain work of Sector 7A 7B 7C and 7D at Vrindavan Yojna No 2 Lucknow

ROAD WORK Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete in all respect and as per relevant clause of MORT & H section,-401. for Repair work.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone agreegatge to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer in sub-base course on well prepared surface and compaction with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density (MORT&H) SPECIFICATION N0 406 .

Providing and applying primer coat with 60/70bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granuler base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required to proper completion of the work as per Morth clause 502.

Providing & laying Dense Graded bituminous macadam with hot mix 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30), @ 4.0 to 4.5 % weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, Laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controller to required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respects & as per relevant clauses of MORT & H section-507 (VG-30).

Providing & applying tack coat with VG 10 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg/ sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechnical broom.including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required to proper completion of the work as per Morth clause 503.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 @ 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects complete in all respect. (MORT&H Specification No. 508).

Supply of 80mm thick Precast cement concerete Interlocking paver blocks with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. Cement smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant: manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro- compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 40Mpa (M-40) confirming to IS: 15658-2006 including cost of material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying of cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 C.sand 4 20mm stone grit) including supply of all materials labour T&P etc.complete with form work as per direction by E/I.

Brick edging on both side of road of 1st class bricks 8cm wide and 12cm. deep laid including Supply of all material labour, T&P etc. finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by E/I.
