Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type, floor mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 250 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural- Air Natural , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at ± 2.5% & ± 5.0% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40°C. The transformer shall be conforming to IS-1180 updated energy efficiency, level-2 complete all as specified and directed and shall comprise of the following :-

(i) Three nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with copper rods, nuts and washers.

(ii) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of 300 Sqmm 3.5 core LT 1100 volts grade PVC / XLPE insulated & sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including joint and jointing materials complete.

(iii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.

(iv) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel).

(v) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs for complete transformer and as well as core and winding assembly, Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.

(vi) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapor pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.

(vii) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 25x4mm galvanized iron earth strip for earthing of body

(viii) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.

(ix) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.

(x) First filling of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked (Make Savita / Power Link) filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes.

(xi) Arcing horns for HT side (01 No per phase)

M&L for switch air brake gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators (09 insulator) horizontal type and MS galvanized steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod of size 32 mm dia GI medium grade for current rating upto 200 Amps 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement , MS clamps ,bolts ,nuts and washers etc. including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed. Note : (The quoted rate should be inclusive of jumpers, Aluminium thimbles, connections etc. The handle should be covered with PVC sleeves)

Supply and installation drop out fuse assembly single pole 11 KV, 25 Amps rating complete expulsion fuse element on four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F lightening arrestor suitable for 11000 voltage expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT Underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (Earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS-7098 Pt-II, cable laid in trenches /walls /ducts/ poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT Underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (Earthed) of size 120 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS-7098 Pt-II, cable laid in trenches /walls /ducts/ poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and jointing testing outdoor type cable end termination (heat shrink type) complying with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 11 KV underground XLPE, HT cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core (earthed) complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and fixing HT cable route / joint indicator made of Cast iron fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of block size 30 x 30 x 20cm on angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5mm of suitable height with nut, bolt & washers of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of feeder pillar board Kiosk type, LT(415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3-phase, 4 wire supply) CPRI approved, factory assembled, out door type, weather and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-65) made out of 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick (for external) and 2mm thick (for internal) MS Sheet CRCA sheet duly compartmantalised for each control MCCBs single door system lockable by keys. The outer cell shall have both side (front and back) hinged , double door opening for external, rubber lining, locking arrangement, painted externally and internally with nine tank pretreatment solution prior to a powder coat of SIEMENS grey shade RA 7032 (Berger / Nerolac) (First Quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete mounted on angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm legs 45 cm high above GL and 15 cm embedded in ground with and including blocks of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of block size 30 x 30 x 30 cm complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following:-

(a) Bus bar chamber having 4 Nos air insulated Aluminium strip bus bars of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB as well as outgoings MCCBs, All spreader terminal of MCCBs should be connected with bus bars.

(c) Outgoing:- (i) MCCB 4 pole, LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade, 320 amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity, adjustable type (Ics = 100%Icu). -01 No. (ii) MCCB 4 pole, LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade, 200 amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity, adjustable type (Ics = 100%Icu). -01 No. (iii) MCCB 4 pole, LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade, 160 amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity, adjustable type (Ics = 100%Icu). -01 No. Note : (i) All incoming/ outgoing cables shall be connected by suitable size gland plate / glands. And All spreader terminals of MCCBs should be connected with extension links (bus bar). (ii) Fine wiring with single core copper conductor for instruments / indicating lamps - 01 Job.

Supply, errecting & fixing in true vertical position pre stressed concrete pole conforming to IS-1678 of 11 mtr long, 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 complete as specified and directed. Note : (i) The conductors / earth wires on existing pole to be shifted on new pole after errection of new pole. The rate shall be include in above quoted rate. (ii) Earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing 100mm PCC platform on top of brick masonry of Size 6x3 mtrs (outer dimensions) and 1.2 mtr high from ground level and 0.5 mtr below ground level for placing RMU / Transformer chainlink fencing around the platform fixed to angle iron post 1.8 mtr high using angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and 1.00m away from platform with entry gate and steps and applying a coat of black bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide primer on the steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed including provision as under :- (i) 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of brick wall and fencing post including excavation & earthwork, return filling in and removal of surplus soil. (ii) Brick work with fly ash brick in CM 1:6 including 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 over exposed surfaces. (iii) 100mm thick hard core using brick bats of grade n.exc 63mm. (iv) 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base. (v) 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and fair. (vi) Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer over plastered surfaces complete. (vii) Chain link MS galvanised fencing of mesh size 75mm x 75mm and dia of wire 3mm complete. (viii) Earth filling including watering and ramming in layers of 25cm inside the platform complete. (Earth obtained from excavation shall be used for filling)

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in mass concrete and filling complete for foundation of pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in mass concrete including necessary form work complete for foundation of panel & transformer yard, pole / stay of pole complete all as specified and directed.
