Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: (i) 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(ii) 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with 20% boulder

(iii) 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: (i) Foundations, footings, bases for columns

(ii) Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls (iii) Under 20 cm wide

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
