| 1 | Renewal by Supply, Erection, testing and Commissioning of 1.5 TR (6000 K.cal/hr) ABS plastic split type Air conditioner confirming to IS 1391 [part 2] 1992 with Non CFL compressor operating on refrigerant suitable for wall mounting for operation on 230V, 50HZ single phase AC supply with three Star rating as per BEE specification Five Star Rated and capable of performing the following functions.
(A) Cooling (B) Dehumidifing (C) Air Circulating (D) Filtering. The installation work for the above split type AC units includes the following.
1. Mounting / fixing indoor and outdoor units at their respective locations.
2. Laying refrigerent pipe line of 6 mtrs. Length, both units after drilling hole/holes in the wall if required. Thickness of the copper tubing shall not be less than 0.7mm. 3. Installing the suction pipe with expanded polyurthelene foam 5mm thick tubing.
4. Laying 25mm dia flexible PVC drain pipe of 6mtrs. Length to drawn out the condensate water being formed in the indoor unit.
5. Leakage testing the entire gas unit.
6. Charging refrigerant gas in the unit.
7. Suitable electric wiring to be provided 3 core with 2.5sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire between indoor and outdoor units upto 4 mtr. length and up to switch within the 3 mtrs. of location of indoor unit.
