M & L for machine pressed coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size over 25 mm thick sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand conforming to IS:15658, 2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick (consolidated) sand cushioning for laying interlocking paver block of any size and shape complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs stones (road edge), factory made, hydraulically pressed and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete (size of block 350 mm x 250 mm x 150 mm appx) including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel work as in square tubular trusses (framed work) incl rafters, purlins, distance pieces, cleats, post for trusses, special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to relevant IS including structural steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chrome primer paint (including preparation of surface) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (Ist quality) of size 300 x 200 x (6 to 7) mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc. including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard and dense soil all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
