Earth work : Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres.

FORM WORK; Providing Form work with Steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, length of propping and centring below supporing floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: A) Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels. 1) Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth in all heights from floor

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floor etc. upto 200 mm in thickness.

.Edges of slabs and break in floors and walls. 1) Under 20 cm wide.

CONCRETE WORK: Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: 1) Foundation and plinth:

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in: 1) Foundations,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level etc.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level: 1) Tor steel.

STONE MASONRY WORK : Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in: 1) Cement Mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 sand)

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in soling under floors.

BRICK WORK : Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand)

Second class half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand)

Providing and fixing anodized aluminum sliding door bolts anodized color and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete: 1) 300x 16mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium Tower bolts ( Barrel type) with screws etc. complete anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and color: 1) 250x 10mm.

PLASTERING, POINTING, WHITE WASHING, COLOUR WASHING AND , DISTEMPERING : 15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth, in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand)

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor to level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth, in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand )

6 mm Cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand )

White washing with lime on undecorated Ceiling surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with Alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also inccluding preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces ( two coat ) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

FLOORING : 40mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with afloating coat of neat Cement.

Cement plaster skirting height) with cement morter 1:3 (1cement:3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junction with floor. 1) 15 mm thick.

PAINTING AND POLISHING. : Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coats ( excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter , sand papering and stoping, with enamel paint other than white.

Painting two coats ( excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters, with enamel paint other than white.

MISC. WORKS : Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand includingpreparation of ground.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size)

Providing dry stone Kharanja drain 45 cm wide complete with 25 cm side stone.
