Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC up to a lead of 1000m as per technical specification 1903 maintenance of earthen shoulder

Scarifying Existing Bituminous surface to a depth of 150mm and disposal of scarified materials with a lift up to 3m and lead up to 1000mm as per technical specification Clause 301.4

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheels 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 3) Grading-III (A) By manual means

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2 kg/sqm using Mechanical Means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi –Dense Bituminous concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregated of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSPT&H cl. No. 508 complete in all respect. B. With rock dusts filler. With 60/70 or VG -30 grade bitumen, for grading 10mm

Providing and fixing retro –reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67 made of encapsulated leans type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification Clause 801.
