Replacement of Gaskets of 20MVA Transformer - II (NGEF make) alongwith other associated Works at 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Sahaswan with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, Crane / Hydra, Centrifuging Machine with Operator, Normal & Special T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Job, as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Carriage of 20KL Capacity Oil Storage Tank from Designated Primary Sub Station in Bareilly (Distance Approx. 120 Km) to 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Sahaswan including Shifting & Loading of Oil Storage Tank at Designated Primary Sub Station and Unloading & Shifting of same in Switchyard at 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Sahaswan.
Removal of Jumpers of HV & LV side Bushings of the Transformer. The Scope of Work Involves Removal of Jumpers, Bushing Clamps, Opening of Earthing of Neutral Bushings with Flexible Copper Strips.
Complete Draining of the Transformer Oil from the above 20MVA Transformer into Oil Tanker.
Complete Dismantling of the above 20MVA Transformer. The Scope of Work Involves Dismantling of HV / LV / Neutral Bushings, Turrets, Radiators, Conservator Tank, Explosion Vent Pipe, Buchholz Relay, Oil Pipe Lines, Flanges, Valves, Cooling Fans etc. alongwith Opening of associated Electrical Connections, Stacking of all the Dismantled Parts at Proper Place in the Switchyard including Proper Blanking of the Open Points before Replacement of Gaskets.
Cleaning of the Core & Windings of the Transformer by Hot Transformer Oil and Removing the Complete Sludge from Bottom by Flushing with the help of Centrifuging Machine.
Complete Replacement of the Gaskets of the above 20MVA Transformer. The Scope of Work Involves Removal of old / damaged Rim Gasket of Top Cover of the Transformer and old / damaged Gaskets of different Parts of the Transformer by Cleaning of Surfaces, Providing & Fabrication of Gaskets of Appropriate Sizes out of Gaskets of Thickness 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 mm of Konica / Torborze / Nu-cork make and Fixing the Gaskets at proper Place with Adhesive at Rim and other Surfaces.
Complete Erection of the above 20MVA Transformer by Erection of HV / LV / Neutral Bushings, Turrets, Radiators, Conservator Tank, Explosion Vent Pipe, Buchholz Relay, Oil Pipe Lines, Flanges, Valves, Cooling Fans etc. at its Original Place.
Centrifuging of the Transformer Oil Filled in Oil Tanker, Un-Interrupted till the desired BDV Value of the Oil is Achieved with the Help of Centrifuging Machine.
Providing of Dry Nitrogen of Dew Point (-) 50°C for 2 Cycles.
Complete Evacuation of Main Tank of the above Transformer and Filling of Dry Nitrogen of Dew Point (-) 50°C or Better in Vacuum upto Pressure of 0.25 Kg / cm² and again Evacuating the Transformer Tank after Required Time Interval (Approx. 24 Hrs.) with the Help of Centrifuging Machine. The Scope of Work Involves Measuring Dew Point Values of the N2 after every Cycle till the Required Value is Achieved. (1 Job per Cycle).
Filling of Centrifuged Transformer Oil into Main Tank and Radiators of the above Transformer from the Oil Tanker, then Centrifuging & Circulation of the Transformer Oil in Transformer with the Help of Centrifuging Machine, Un-Interrupted till the Desired BDV Values of the Transformer Oil and IR Values are Achieved including Recording of all the Parameters such as Temperature, Vacuum, Insulation Resistance, BDV etc. every 2 Hours.
Overhauling of Diverter Switch after Draining of Oil from OLTC Chamber, Flushing with Hot Transformer Oil in OLTC Chamber and Finally, Filling the Fresh Centrifuged Transformer Oil in OLTC Chamber.
Jumpering of HV & LV side Bushings of the Transformer. The Scope of Work Involves Fixing & Tightening of Bushing Clamps & Jumpers including Replacement of damaged Clamps, Jumpers etc., as Required alongwith Earthing of Neutral Bushings by Fixing of Flexible Copper Strips.
Outside Complete Spray Painting of the above 20MVA Transformer including its Main Tank, Main / OLTC Conservator Tanks, Radiators, Headers, associated Pipe Lines, Support Structures, Marshalling Box etc. by 1st Coat of Red Oxide Primer and then Applying 2nd Coats of Smoke Grey Colour 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian / Berger / Nerolac make at the Gap of 48 Hrs. Interval each with the help of Spray Painting Machine after due Rubbing & Cleaning of the Rusted Surfaces, Cleaning & Washing of Dust / Dirt / Oil Deposits from the Surfaces.
Carriage of 20KL Capacity Oil Storage Tank from 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Sahaswan to Designated Primary Sub Station in Bareilly (Distance Approx. 120Km) including Shifting & Loading of Oil Storage Tank at 132KV Sub Station Sahaswan and Unloading, Shifting & Placing of same in Switchyard / Storage Place at the Designated Primary Sub Station.
