Supply, install, testing and commissioning of electric panel board CPRI approved outdoor type suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system factory made cubical complete materialised dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 54), made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet (CRCA) including factory made hinged type double door both side opening with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with powder coated finish over a coat of zinc chrome primer including carry out internal connection with suitable aluminium bus bar including angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm for base of panel including cable alley for incoming and outgoing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. the panel board shall be comprising of the following accessories. Note- the quoted rate includes all necessary excavation and earth work required for fixing of the panel. (a) Aluminium bus bar cap 1000 Amp, sectional size 80mm x 10mm -04 Nos, (b) MCCB three pole with thermal magnetic release adjustable type with breaking capacity 35 KA, 630 Amp with rotary handle - (incomming) 01 Nos. (c) MCCB three pole with thermal magnetic release adjustable type with breaking capacity 35 KA, 250 Amp with rotary handle - (outgoing) 04 Nos.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy-duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Returning. Filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat as per IS-5280 of size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing of 50W LED energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium flood light with high power LEDs as light source incl necessary fixing arrangement and PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded single core 2.5 sqmm for connection complete all as specified and directed. Make- Cat no.JETACOMPECTOFL50WLED757TG of Havells or Equivalent in Philips, Wipro etc.

Supply and fixing in replacement automatic street light switch for automatic switching of street light/high mast light (timer switch) based on lux level of natural light. The sensor alongwith suitable power contractor as per IEC - 60947-4-4 , MCB and support terminal and enclosed in pole/wall mounted factory made PVC enclosure made out of rust , shock, termite proof and FR grade confirming to IP 54 of capacity 5 KW, Single phase , 240 V of make Make- Kaktiya Energy system (model - SWADEEP 02EC 5kW1P or equivalent model of /philips/Havells)
