Demolishing Cement Concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix manually / by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50m lead.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) / manual means OVER AREAS (exceeding 30cm in depth and also exceeding 1.50m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) in ALL KINDS OF SOILS up to a depth not exceeding 1.50m including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.50m etc., complete all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Disposed earth to be levelled by breaking clods if any and neatly dressed).

Providing and laying cement concrete using 20mm nominal size graded hard granite stone aggregate obtained from approved quarry including compaction, finishing top surface to level, curing, cost of formwork, etc.; complete all as per specifications. Mix ratio specified is for Cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 383 : graded hard granite stone aggregate. IN FOUNDATION PCC 1:3:6 (Using fine aggregate (Crushed stone sand produced by crushed hard stone / rock as per IS: 383))

Providing and laying in position REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE using graded hard granite stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size obtained from approved quarry including mechanical mixing, vibrating, compaction, finishing, curing, etc.; complete all as per specifications but excluding the cost of form works and steel reinforcement. (Rate to include labour for keeping embedment if any, wherever required while casting). Mix ratio is specified is for cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 383 : graded stone aggregate. ALL WORKS UPTO PLINTH LEVEL with RCC 1:1.5:3 (Using fine aggregate (Uncrushed sand by natural disintegration of hard stone / rock from streams or glacial sources as per IS: 383))

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour charges only for laying cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine aggregate, filling the joints with fine aggregate etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the Department free of cost).

Steel reinforcement for all RCC items including decoiling, straightening, cutting, hooking, bending, cranking, fabricating to required shape, placing in position and tying the system with soft drawn annealed GI binding wire of diameter not less than 1.00mm with 2 strands etc.; complete as per specifications AT ALL HEIGHTS (binding wire will not be measured for payment). Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars- Fe500

Providing rigid and water tight CENTERING AND SHUTTERING using best quality wood/ plywood/ steel forms and centring with steel props, acro tubes etc., including strutting, propping, bracing, staging etc., complete for all RCC items fixed in position as required including labour for careful removal of form work etc., complete all as per specifications AT ALL HEIGHTS. In horizontal / vertical/ slanting surfaces.

Foundations, footings, bases of columns including pedestals, mass concreting, pavement, RCC floor etc.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc.

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required : 150MM dia

Dismantling M.S. pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick Anti Corrosive Pipe Protection Bituminous Tape on MS Pipe as per the specification.
