Outsourcing of services for internal electrical supply, attending complaints related to day to day maintenance of internal electrification, short circuit, earth leakage, no light complaints etc, repairs to all other electrical fittings/fixtures at site and make the electric supply functional in general shift from 0930 Hrs to 1730 Hrs, by deploying minimum six electrician per shift on all days including Saturday/Sunday/holiday, including noting down the complaints in complaint register, distribution of complaints to the tradesman, collection of maintenance store from store yard of electric section etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Notes for item No 1.00:- (a) Minimum three sets of all T&P items like aluminium folding ladders with self support, drill machine with bits of all size and other T&P as required at site, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department at the time of commencement of work. Failing which, a penalty of Rs 500.00 per day shall be imposed and recovered from contractor dues. Tool Bags required for attending the complaint shall also be provided by contractor to the tradesmen with dress code etc. without any extra cost to Govt.

(b) All the stationery items like complaint register, job card, complaint book, dockets and other connected register related to the work etc shall be arranged and to be maintained by the contractor with any extra cost to Govt.

(c) Stores required for day to day maintenance for all repair work, measure and paid as "Supply only" under respective item of this Schedule. All sundries items like Insulation Tape, Screws, washers, Nuts, Bolts, cotton waste, thimbles shall be supplied/ arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

(d) Any stores/ light fittings etc required for rectification of electric complaints, other than item mentioned in CA as provided by the department, shall also required to be fixed by the persons employed under subject CA without any extra cost to the department.

(e) Unserviceable retrieved material shall be property of the Contractor, for which recovery shall be made from contractor's dues as per Schedule of credit attached.

(f) All complaints shall be attended by the contractor's labour within 08 Hours of lodging the complaints by User/ intimated by concern JE/ Engr-in-Charge either personally or telephonically, failing which, a penalty of Rs 200.00 per complaint per day shall be imposed on contractor. The Complaint received after 1700 hrs shall be attend on next day. In this regard, decision of the Engr-in-Charge shall be final & binding.

(g) Contractor shall provide the complete manpower as per CA provision, on all days including Saturday, Sunday & Holiday. Failing which, a penalty of Rs 1000.00 Per Tradesman per day shall made from contractor's dues.

(h) The employed electrician shall be suitably qualified in concerned trade or having minimum 05 years experience of working as Skilled worker in internal electrification services. Contractor shall submit the nominal roll and qualification/ experience certificate of electricians within 15 days of acceptance of tender. Failing which, a recovery of Rs 1000.00 per day shall be made from the contractor dues.

(j) In case any tradesmen found absent during the shift period (0930 Hrs to 1730 Hrs), a penalty of Rs 1000.00 per person per day shall be recovered from the contractor's dues.

(k) Work shall be carried out as per modern engineering practice including day to day maintenance of record register, duty roster, attendance register etc complete along with general tool, safety measures on conveyance/ transportation uniform etc.

(l) All workers shall wear proper uniform, failing which, a recovery of Rs 200.00 per person per day shall be recovered from the contractor's dues.

(m) Contractors are advised to visit the site before quoting rates.

(n) The estimated cost of the work in respect of BOQ Srl item No 01 is Rs 17,98,000.00 The quoted amount of the tender against BOQ Srl item No 01 will not be less than the estimated cost mentioned herein above. If the quoted amount is found less than the estimated cost of Srl item No 01 of BOQ and tender of lowest bidder is considered for acceptance, then the lowest bidder will have deposit FDR in favour of Accepting Officer for the difference in estimated cost and Accepted amount in respect of BOQ Srl item No 1 within 30 days from date of acceptance. In case the said FDR is not submitted within 30 days the amount in question shall be recovered from contractor’s first RAR/ Final bill whichever is earlier. However the FDR/ recovered amount shall be released to the contractor after satisfactory completion of work.
