S/I/T/C of submersible pumping set for drinking water supply having stainles steel impeller, dynamically balanced stainless steel shaft with non return valve of suitable 5 HP 4 stage submersible pump set with non aging water proof insulation to run on 3 phase 415 volt 50 Hz. A.C. supply capable of delivering 600 lpm at 23 mtr. with minimum operating head range from 23 mtr. to 59 mtr. complete with standard length of copper submersible cable of suitable size i/c lowering of all the length of coloum / delivery pipe with water proof jointing of cables complete etc as required at site

Supplying & fixing 65 mm dia G.I. pipe 'B' class ISI marked in 3 mtr. Length DF type i/c welding of MS flanges of full OD of standard size heavy duty at both ends , making cable groves 2 Nos. at both flanges i/c providing nut, bolts, rubber gasket etc as required.

Supplying & fixing water proof submerssible cable ,copper conductor pvc insulated and pvc sheathed of size 3X 2.5 Sqmm i/c binding the cable with column pipe with pvc clamps complete etc as required.

SITC of Out door type double door totally enclosed weather proof compartmentalised feeder pillar of following sizes and depth not less than 300 mm, fabricated with 2 mm thick CRCA / MS sheet with base frame fabricated from 35 x mm x 35 mm x 5 mm thick MS angle iron suitable for 415/ 500 volts 50 Hz A.C. supply with MS sheet onbottom for taking load of cable gland necessary individual gland plates for cable gland, hinged front openable double leaf door with locking arragnemet complete with bus bar chamber having 100 amp TPN Alu. bus bar and the MS cover, covering the MCCB's / MCB's and aluminium strips etc. as reqd. (only MCCB's knobs shall be visible) i/c supplying and fixing the following mounting inside the feeder pillar - interconnections with suitable size Al. bus bar / Copper wire for outgoing and incoming MCB's/ MCCB's/ connector, earthing studs, powder coating/ stove enameled painting after 7 tank treatment process, suitable size CC foundation etc. as reqd

(a) Incoming S & F 63 Amp 4 Pole 18 KA MCCB - 1 No. (b) Outgoing S & F 32 Amp 3 Pole 10 KA MCB - 2 No 5 HP factory made DOL starter in sheet steel encloser with over load relay, single phase preventor Relay range 06 -10 amp etc. as required (L&T Make MU-G6 DOL or equivalent in Crompton / C&S) - 1 No.

Supplying & laying of 3.5 X 35 Sqmm1 No. XLPE insulated, PVC outer sheathed, armouned with galvanized round steel wire or steel strip cables with strandred aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1.1 KV grade ISI marked confirming to IS: 7098 (Part-I) / 88 with ammendment No. 1 of following sizes. etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 35 sq. mm (32mm)

Supplying & fixing 65 mm dia G.I. bend DF type with nut, bolt & rubber packing etc as required..

Supplying and fixing of 65 mm dia G.I tee with flange complete with nut bolts , rubber packing etc as rqd.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of non-return valve of 65 mm dia confirming to IS: 5312 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc.as required

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of double flanged sluice valve of rating PN 1.6 with non rising spindle, bronze/gun metal seat, ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets and conforming to IS 780 of following sizes as required Make: 65 mm dia

Supplying fixing of 65 mm dia 'C' clamps with nut bolts etc as reqd.
