Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar, etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks using old servicable bricks including cleaning of old bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note- The serviceable bricks obtained from Serial item No- 1.00 will be used after removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, etc.)

Walling of random rubble, coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6.all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Volume occupied by PCC bond stone shall not be measured against this item . Volume occupied by PCC bond stone shall be measured and under respective item of BOQ . 2. Weep holes pipe shall be fixed simultaneously during masonry construction.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble stone masonary ( except stone) ,brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement morter 1:6 including racking or cutting out joints complete all as specidfied and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land and providing cements 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in benching, plinth course, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing up to 60 cm height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or champfered angles and throating incl use and waste of necessary form work , complete all as specidfied and directed

Material and labour for raised pointing to random or polygonel rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specidfied and directed.

Material and labour for providing Precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in PCC bonders set in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in back of retaining wall as specified and as directed. Note:- Boulder filling shall be excecuted all as specified in clause no. 3.29 of SSR Part -I (2009)

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered / un plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint on the walls, pillars, cornices etc. over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10Square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in hard dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levlling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material as soils not exceeding 50m and at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point and depositing all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC pipes of any size and pattern including all fittings from any position, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing PVC(SWR) pipes 110mm dia as in weep hole , embedded properly in masonry while construction complete , all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling un framed work in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in any position, complete all as spd.

Supply and fixing Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; water staging; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, otching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour surfaces of any description, exc 10cm in width or girth painting with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type -C2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note-WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concreteType B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregtes) in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds , mitred /stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base and finished even and fair without using extra cement including form work where ever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 70mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring in alternate bays, area of bay not exceeding 1.50sqm , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and PCC tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid beded and pointed in any mortar and removing the rubbish outside of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement & pigment, laid with neat cement slurry as in path, pavement ,floors, etc. over cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over and including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanical crushed aggregate) for coving, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M–35 grade with approved colour, design , made by table vibratory method using PU mould, in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fancing (Diamond pattern) including line wire, wire dia 3mm to 4.06mm, any mesh size and type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only (new or old) chain link MS galvanised fancing including line wire, any mesh size and type, to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire for straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts with bolting or weilding, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, in soft/loose soil and removal of soil from defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed mild steel, rolled sections(channel, angle or tee sections) fixed independently cut to ordinary length as in post or struts in fencing,ladder etc. including cutting tops to shape as required , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including flat iron fillets with nuts and bolts for securing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-290(Gde 165), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel round bars 6mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9mm dia conforming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed., complete all as specified.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size 300x450 x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down old deteriorated tile of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in horizontal surface of steps, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 type A1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roof, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like inluding demolition of RCC and removal of demolished materia outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides and soffits cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc., work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 180903.50 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
