SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO. P-244 AT 3 IDSR AND BLDG NO. P-12 AT 270 TC AND T-103 AT KARU UNDER GE 860 EWS

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping cleaning & washing down with water to remove dust etc incl removal of old treatment of any description and applying one coat of neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on roof slab surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for providing APP based polymeric membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3KG/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based polymeric membrane( weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm) and minimum 3.00 mm thick reinforced with polyster by torch application method.

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing dismantled tile and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and joint free including 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:4. for laying floor finishes receiving floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match and joint free including 10 mm thick baking coat in CM 1:3. for laying floor finishes receiving floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as sub base to floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
