Repairing damaged Terrace tile area & Wall surface with waterproofing elastomeric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and Loose plaster over wall, clean surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. For walls & Terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) / Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1.5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/ Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c, etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including Super Plasticiser, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - manual mix

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Vertical Post M.S pipe hollow section 40mmx40mmx4.80mm (medium weight) of approved quality and make including labour for fabrication, labour for petty iron works and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over primer etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing of MS.Pipe hollow box section 25mmx25mmx2.50mm (medium weight) of approved quality and make including labour for fabrication, labour for petty iron works and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over primer etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and Fixing of Auto Flushing with flow rate of 2000Litres per hr applications for effective maintenance of membrane and cleaning of membrane filtration units, including auto cut off arrangements for operational safety and efficiency. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, integrated control components(such as solenoid valves, timers, sensors if required), Handling charges that include loading and unloading charges, transportation to site and labour charges for fixing in position with necessary accessories and finishing neatly as directed by the departmental officers. (The system shall be designed to automatically flush the membrane at predefined intervals or conditions to prevent fouling, scaling, and performance deterioration, thereby extending the membrane's operational life)

Supplying and Fixing of Water Dispenser (Clan type model) having total storage capacity of 80 litres (65L Cold, 15L Ambient and Hot 2L) with overall size of 660x575x1575 mm (WxDxH) and should be made from Polyurethane Foam (PUF) material. It must consist of 3 Nos of Faucets (Ambient, Hot & Cold). It shall maintain a Cooling temperature range of 16°C - 22°C and heat temperature range of 50°C - 75°C. It must carry good quality Compressor (Tecumseh or its equivalent) and refrigerant as Tetrafluroethane (R134A). The water storage tanks (Hot and Cold) must be made from Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) Polymer of thickness 0.8 mm.
