The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity of tendered item from RDSO approved sources (as per RDSO Item ID :3100639 vendor sub ID:3100639001, ) or their authorized dealer as per RDSO letter no. QAC/Vendor/policy dt. 17.09.2021. Authorized agents/dealers of RDSO approved sources must attach valid tender specific suthorization certificate alomg with their offer, falling which their offer(s) will be summarily rejected without any back reference. The status of the firm shall be reckoned on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless it is a case of downgrading/removal/suspension/banning.
The material must be supplied as per the description and drawing uploaded.
