RAW WATER PUMPING MACHINERY & ELECTRICAL WORK

Supply, installation, testing and commisssioning of vertical turbine pumpsets with allied equipment as under (Please refer to Section 5, Sl. 2.4 of SBD)

Vertical Turbine Pump -: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Multi stage Vertical Turbine Pump conforming IS: 1710, [make: Kirloskar/ WPIL/ Mather & Platt] , capable of discharging 57.03 LPS against a head of 40 m consisting of bowl assembly, bronze impellers, stainless steel pumpshaft and line shaft of 8m flanged column assembllies of 1.5m length and with 9mm thick MS fabricated column assembly, with strainers, prelubrication tank, Non reverse ratchet coupling, pressure gauge, required size of sluice valve and non-return valve & all accessories.

Induction Motor -: Above mention pump shall be coupled with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor conforming IS:325 , IE3 rating having 15% more BHP than that of pump, operating on 3 Phase, 415V +/- 10%, 50Hz with 1500 rpm [make: Kirloskar/ BHEL/ Crompton Greaves/ ABB]. Including cost of construction foundation, bolt nut, with all suction/delivery, common header and all other type of piping works required for the job, etc. all complete job.

Discharge- 57.03 LPS and Head- 40 m (1W+1S)

Starter: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of assembled Fully Automatic Star Delta starter, in a provided cubical panel to operate induction motor with no volt coil, over load relay and ON/OFF push buttons, with necessary material and connected to supply, etc. all complete. for above pump sets.

Earthing: Earthing with copper earth plate including accessories and providing masanory enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 m long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required conforming IS:3043 for each motors.

Crane: Providing, erecting triple spur gear type Chain Pulley Block suitable for 3 Tonne capacity as below with 6 m lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift, tested to 50% over load as per IS 3832 carrying ISI mark with travelling trolly.

Starter: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of assembled Fully Automatic Star Delta starter, in a provided cubical panel to operate induction motor with no volt coil, over load relay and ON/OFF push buttons, with necessary material and connected to supply, etc complete.

Earthing: Earthing with copper earth plate including accessories and providing masanory enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 m long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required conforming IS:3043 for each motors.

Crane: Providing, erecting triple spur gear type Chain Pulley Block suitable for 3 Tonne capacity as below with 6 m lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift, tested to 50% over load as per IS 3832 carrying ISI mark. With Travelling

Change over switch: Supplying, erecting change over switch of 250A suitable for 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz.

Cable: Power wiring with required 120 Sq mm 3.5 core 1.1KV grade armoured Aluminium Cables XLPE/PVC insulated cable from Transformer to Stablizer & Panel (MCP) including laying on wall or on floor as where required, jointing and making proper terminations,etc. all complete.

Cable: Power wiring with required size of 3 core 1.1KV grade unarmoured Copper cables XLPE/PVC insulated cable from Panel (MCP) to Motors & Staters including laying on wall or on floor as where required, jointing and making proper terminations,etc. all complete.

Tansformer Installation: Cost of construction of PCC platform/ foundation with DP structure in PSC Pole for above mention transformer with different type of MS channels, M.S. angles, brackets, insulators, AB Switch, three set of horn gap fuse, DO fuse, disc & pin insulator, lightening arrester with earthing, stay sets, nut bolts, fabrication work required for the job, cost of earthing of transformer (Two nos., one no. for neutral and one for body) with all required material, technicians, labours, Grouting, PCC work, fencing, Danger board, testing of transformer oil, fitting, fixing, connecting with HT/LT lines, etc. for power supply, etc. all complete as per I.E. rules and specification of Jharkhand state electricity board.

Lighting: Providing internal and external lighting by doing wiring and installing lumenaries e.g. suitable Wattage of LED light fittings in pump house, etc. all complete as per requirement at Pump house area.

Safety Items: Supplying, Installation and erecting of Fire extinguisher, Lightening Arrestor, emergency light, First aid box, Rubber matting for all electrical equipments, insulation gloves & shoes, tools & tackles, instruction manual, etc. as per requirement and Indian standards at Pump house.

House Connection for 1594 nos. Consumer.

Earth work in excavation (as per I.S. 3114/ 1965 for laying of different types and sizes of pipes so as to give 1 m av. cover over the socket of pipe with disposal of excavated earth within initial lead and lift as per specification and direction of E/l. (For soil item B)

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement complacted volume).

Provinding P.C.C M-150 with in norminal mix of (1:2:4) in foundation with approved quality of stone chips 20mm to 6 mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M 2.5 to 3 including , screening , shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixture and placing in position vibrating striking curing taxes and royality all complete as per building specifiaction and direction of E/I

Earth work in back fillingthe trenches after laying of different types and sizes of pipes with earth removed during excavation within initial lead and lift as per specification and direction of E/I.(For soil item A & B)

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and supplying blue MDPE pipes confirming to ISO 4427:1996 manufactured from vergin resin PE 80 food grade compounded raw material having blue colour only assurance certificate from quality agencies like WRC / CIPET ( India) / DVGM / KIWA / SPGN etc. for usage in drinking water with quality system. The cost shall including cost all taxes, inspection charges transprotaion to work site and earth work involved, all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. 20 mm dia pipe.

Providing and supplying G.I. pipes (Tata and equivalent make) for usage in drinking water with quality system, The cost shall include testing of all materials all taxes central, State, Municipal, Inspection charges transportation up to site transite insurance, loading, unloading, stacking etc. complete as specified and directed.

Lowering laying and jointing HDPE / MDPE pipe in proper position including all specials by Compression fitting / Electrofusion and But fusion jointing procedure including hydraulic testing as er relevent IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedure like Electrofusion machine ,Electric mirrior/heater/But fusion welding machine with hydraulic testing and all labours as directed by engineer in charge as per IS-7634 part II

Supplying labour and tools for fixing G.I. pipes with Red lead and yarn of following nominal bore with screwed and socketted joints on wall, ceiling and floor including supplying and fitting of wall hooks or pipe clamps, wooden plugs, cutting pipes to size and threading ends if required etc. all complete as per specification and direction of E/l. (Pipe with socket to be supplied deparmentally free of cost).

Supplying and fixing G.M. ferrule of approved make in existing C.I./D.I. main including drilling and taping C.I./D.I. main all complete as per specification and direction of E/I. 3 mm, 6 mm 10 mm dia ferrule weight not less than 425 gram

Providing and fixing gun metal full way valve of approved quality all complete as per specification and direction of E/ (a) 20 mm dia and weight not less than 400 gram.

Providing and fixing 15 mm Dia male ended C.I Body Brass Spindle valve and seat bib cock of approved quality (Wt.not Less than 400 gms.) with extra socket all complete as per specification and Direction of E/I.
