The job includes repairs to damaged rolling shutter slats & guide channels, proper alignment of all slats, necessary adjustments in Barrel/Shaft assembly especially spring adjustment and other allied works as may be deemed necessary at the time of execution. The job further includes p/f of vertical pipe linked to gear box and crank/lever, operating handle & other allied child parts. The job finally comprises of satisfactory testing of the rolling shutters for jerk free, smooth upward/downward motion. Providing & fitting of new main shaft (barrel) compatible to mesh with gear box, having desired size & modified for gear fitment. The job includes removal of existing old shaft and making necessary spring adjustments after installing new shaft for proper tension.

The product shall be covered with a comprehensive warranty of min. 2 years with the inner tank & heating element under a warranty of 4 to 7 years. All necessary connections & fasteners shall be included in the scope of work.

Providing and fixing of CP Brass wall mixer with 3/4" nominal dia of reputed make as approved by site Engineer in charge. The job shall be inclusive of all allied fittings as per requirement.
