Play Field Engagement of JCB for uprooting and removal of Boulders/Debris from site including disposal of excavated earth within lead and lift as required at site

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(1:4:8 grade)

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth ,lead upto 50 metres and lift upto 1.5m as directed by the Engineer-in-charge All kinds of Soil.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royality (Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately) with grass turf

Providing and laying 500x500x40 mm thick turf paver (Turfpave XD) on 150mm thick sub grade of compacted bed of 20 mm thick nominal size stone aggregate and base course and filling with 150 mm thick finesand, including spreading, well ramming, consolidation and finishing smooth etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing G.I chain link febric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25mm made of G.I wire of dia 3mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Filling Available excavated earth(excluding rock) in trenches,plinth,sides of foundation etc. in layers not excedding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering,lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m
