DEMOLITION
Taking down carefully ceiling fan, geyser, exhaust fan, electric meter etc. of any make and type from ceiling/ wall and depositing it to MES yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring holes of 300 mm dia in soil/ ground for recharge pits and getting out and removing/ disposal of soil to a distance exceeding 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre complete all as specified and directed.
ROAD/ PATH/ HARDSTANDING
Material and labour for providing and painting 2.5 mm thick road marking strip (retro reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surace including all cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning of road surface of dirt, seals, ils, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix ABS dual directional UV protection reflective panels/ road studs/ cat eyes made of plastic body of size 90x110x17mm fixed to the surface with epoxy adhesive as per manufacturer's instruction of specified make or equivalent, Amber, Red or white in colour complete all as specified and directed. Make - 3M 290 series or equivalent as approved by GE.
Supply and fix high intensity prismatic dual directional powder coated delineator having 100mm dia HIP sheet reflector (red/yellow/white) held in strong ABS body mounted over CRC steel tube 47mm dia of 16 gauge sheet support of total height 600mm having flared/welded foot for firm grip to base, HIP reflector and ABS body shall be protected in a welded mesh cage, all steel parts shall be stove enamelled and powder coated and delineator need to be fixed to ground in 200 x 200 x 200 mm concrete block below ground complete all as specified and directed.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
Supply, install, testing and commissioning of transformer as per IS:1180-2014, Part-I, level - III, Step down, Copper Wound 22KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 315 KVA capacity, core type, oil natural air natural (ON/AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having taping at +/-5% to 10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non-ageing, high permeability prime grade cargo with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked and shall comprise of the following:- (a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer, with cable glands suitable for reception/ taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 22000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete.
(b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/ taking out single core 1000 sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (c) Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, oil drain filter valve, lifting ligs, oil filling hole with cap/ plug with connection plate complete, air release valve plug and four no.s plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no. 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.
(k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Delta at 90 degree celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree celsius and sluge 0.1 % by weight. (l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embedded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Transformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with energy Efficiency level - III. (n) Oil temperature indicator.
Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 22000 Volts grade, with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area and size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Quantity mentioned are tentative. Cables are to be laid such that distribution losses not to be 1% as per requirement of GRIHA certificate (Ref ECBC 2017, Clause 7.2.6).
Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 22 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for platform for transformer of size 2000mm x 1500mm x 1200mm with brick masonry construction in cement mortar 1:4, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, 150mm thick as in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 40mm thick as in floor over sub base PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, 75mm thick, brick masonry step on one side to make access to the top of platform including excavation and earth work in any type of soil including 15mm plastering to brick masonry in CM 1:4 and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and two coats of white wash on plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only rubber mat of size 1 metre x 2 metre x 19 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for road cutting for crossing cable in any kind of soil/ rock strata complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix copper conductor cable 3 core of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix junction box with fuse provision and suitable connection for three phase incoming cable 3 phase outgoing cable and single phase connection for light fittings with controlled MCB SP-6 Amps - 01 No. enclosed in thermo pastic in closed shock proof safe complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for shifting of LT panel including taking down from foundation and fixing the same panel at another location complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 22 KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing 100 mm (4") bore centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipe with spigot and socketed ends class K-7, conforming to IS: 8329/ 2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for rubber gasket jointing/ tyton joints with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating, duly ISI marked and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) DI fittings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items (ii) Excavation/ earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule for excavation
Supply and fix gun-metal, globe or gate valves (ISI marked) conforming to IS 9338, 80 mm dia bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix gun-metal, globe or gate valves (ISI marked) conforming to IS 9338, 100 mm dia bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6mm, MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement with one number 50 mm dia brass pad lock complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Brick wall shall be 23 cm thick built in cement mortar (1:4) (ii) Internal plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and external plaster upto 450 mm from top shall be 20 mm thick in CM (1:6) and remaining external surface shall be flush pointing in CM (1:6) as the work proceeds (iii) PCC in foundation shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate extended 15 cm all around from the external face of the walls (iv) PCC coping shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including grouting of angle iron frame in PCC (v) Three coats of white wash to internal surfaces of valve pit shall be provided (vi) Depth of valve pit shall be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation
Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing of centrifugal pump set BEE 5 Star rating, electic motor driven, not less than 7.43 LPS at 65 metre head in load, suitable for pumping raw water, complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following specifications:- (i) Pump, centrifugal, horizontal, split type not less than 7.43 LPS discharge, at 65 metre head, 1440 RPM having bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft single stage directly coupled with electric motor through flexible coupling (ii) Squirrel cage indication motor, TEFC, 3 phase 415 + 10 volts, 50 C/S AC supply 1440 RPM, not less than 10 HP directly coupled to centrifugal pump (iii) Common base foundation of ISMC - 100 suitable for installation of above pump set duly drilled holes and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (iv) Above ISMC foundation shall be grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, 30 cm above GL and 15 cm below GL and as per size of common base foundation/ standard Engg practice or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (v) Bourdons type pressure gauge 3" dia dial type Make :- Kirloskar Brothers Ltd / Beacon / KSB / Jyoti Note:- Sluice valve and reflux valve, DI pipe and fittings etc. required for suction and delivery and common header etc. shall be measured and paid separately in respective items.
Material and labour for ductile iron fittings/ specials for spigot and socket pipes such as reducing/ bends (any radius and any angle), tapers any type, straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double socketed etc. tee pieces, single branch, Y junction, double branch, cross, all sockets and spigot and socket caps etc. upto 100 mm dia bore DI pipe complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix copper conductor cable 3 core of size 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only rubber mat of size 1 metre x 2 metre x 10 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix reflux valve with by pass arrangement 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for pump and motor of size 1500 mm x 1500 mm x 150 mm, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick made access to the top of platform including excavation and earth work in any type of soil including 15 mm thick plastering to brick masonry in CM 1:4 and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and two coats of white wash on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
DG SET AND LIFT
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Silent Type (acoustic enclosure type as per NBC 2016) Diesel Engine driven Generating Set of capacity 62.5 KVA, 415 Volts 3 Phase 4 wire 0/8 power faactor and 1500 RPM at NTP electrical start, directly coupled and mounted on common base frame with coupling of suitable size to water cooled turbo charged diesel engine of suitable BHP as per IS: BS 5514/ ISO 3046 and alternator as per IS-13364 complete with foundation, AVM pads, control panel fuel tank of suitable capacity with fuel lines of heavy duty MS pipe duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and suitable batteries of capacity of 12 Volts 88 AH- 01 No. fixed on angle iron frame with necessary meteres and sound proof canopy and separate battery charging system of suitable capacity with all standard accessories, tool box and tools as provided by the manufacturer complete as per manufacturer recommendations and to the complete satisfaction of Engnr-in-charge.
(A) Prime Mover: Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled, radiator mounted close circuit as per BS 649 or IS 1002 direct injection type turbo charged. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hours on full load. Suppy, installation, testing, commissioning, putting into operation and final testing of automatic lift of 8 passengers capacity (544 kg) complete in the shaft well and pit constructed including automatic rescue device (ARD), all standard equipments, accessories and control equipments as per manufacturer design, conforming to NBC/ local by laws and fulfilling the following requirements complete all as specified and directed:
(xviii) Car interior: S.S (Stainless steel) panel with hair line finish on all sides. (xix) Car floor: Anti skid PVC flooring on heavy duty MS (Mild steel) platform (xx) Car ceiling and lighting: S.S (Stainless steel) finish with aesthetic appearance with LED ceiling lights (xxi) Car Ventilation: Pressure fan/ blower fan (Car fan with automatic sleep timer shall be provided) (xxii) Emergency lighting in car: Battery operated emergency lighting in the lift car (xxiii) Intercom system: Battery operated Intercom system in lift car,machine room and ground floor/ control room (xxiv) Emergency alarm: Battery operated alarm bell system in lift car and control room/ ground floor (xxv) All car panel buttons and all floor switches must be with brail language and audio assistance in lift for visually impaired people as per GRIHA Norms and lift act. (xxv) Audio visual indication in the lift car showing overloading shall be provided such that doors are kept open till excess load removed. (xxvii) Spring buffer/ hydraulic buffers shall be provided. (xxviii) Mechanical over speed governor, door key holes in the floor doors shall be provided. (xxix) Lift machine hoisting arrangement in the head room and monkey ladder for lift pit should be provided by the lift agency, along with the other steel structure works, foundations for the machines etc.
(xxx) In the hoist way fascia plate shall be provided. (xxxii) Permanent writing in the lift machine room and lift well with proper no. of light point, with fixtures, exhaust fan, plug point and 3 phase 440V power supply shall be made available by the department in the lift shaft, machine room or at desired level (xxxiii) Car top safety barricade shall be provided (xxxiv) ARD (Automatic Rescue Device): Solid state inbuilt automatic rescue device (ARD) for automatic rescue of passengers trapped in the lift car in between floors in the event of power failure. Automatic operation and immediate action in the event of mains failure capable to move the lift to the nearest landing, opens the automatic door of the lift car and floor. Sealed maintenance free battery backup with automatic charging unit and auto changeover device on main failure
Note for item No. 71:- Lift of 8 passenger capacity is to be used as passenger lift and as firemen lift to be effective in fire fighting operation. The firemen lift shall have the following requirements. (i) The firemen's lift may be used by the occupants in normal times. (ii) The firemen's lift shall be provided with a firemen switch. The switch shall be a two position (ON/OFF) switch fixed at the evacuation floor (Normally main entrance floor) for enabling the lift to be put into firemen's mode. The switch shall be situated in a glass fronted box with suitable level and fixed adjacent to the lift at the entrance level. When the switch is on, landing call points shall become inoperative and the lift shall be on car control only or on a priority control device. When the switch is off, the lift will return to normal working. (iii) The firemen's lift shall be provided with an audio and visual signal in car. (iv) The firemen's lift shall have a floor area of minimum 1.43 sqm. It shall have loading capacity of not less than 544kg (8 person lift). (v) The firemen's lift shall be provided with power operated (automatic) doors of minimum 0.8 mtr width. (vi) The speed of firemen's lift shall be 1 m/s or more such that it can reach the top floor from main floor/ firefighter access level within 1 minute incase of building zoned, the firemen's lift shall operate from the lowest served landing to the top most served landing in 1 min. (vii)The words "Firemen lift" shall be conspicuously displayed in fluorecent paint on the lift landing (viii) Audio system and braille keypad for universal design (ix) All other operation requirements of firemen's lift
All as per item No. 71 above but lift of 13 passengers capacity (884 kg)
Supply and fix 4 pole plug in box 100 Amp with MCCB 35/ 50 kA complete all as specified and directed.
FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM
Supply and fix 150 mm double flanged flexicon expansion joint (expansion bellows) of standard length as per manufacturer's specifications including rubber gaskets, flanges, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed.
Supplying and erecting of pre-fabricated MS structural steel supports such as angle, channel, plate etc. confirming to relevant IS standards for laying above ground hydrant pipes in Pump Room, Raiser, Yard Hydrant and Sprinkler System etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed.
Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve 250 mm dia suitable for test pressure of 16 kg/sqcm with flanges, nut, bolt and gaskets and painting etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed.
Supplying, fixing, testing and commisioning of spring loaded relief valve suitable for pressure of 16 Kg/sqcm including flanges, nuts, bolt and washer and painting etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed.
Material and labour for RCC core cutting of 100 mm dia in slab, floor, wall, beam etc. with RCC core cutting machine without damaging the structure etc. complete all as per standard specification and as directed.
Material and labour for RCC core cutting of 80 mm dia in slab, floor, wall, beam etc. with RCC core cutting machine without damaging the structure etc. complete all as per standard specification and as directed.
Material and labour for 2 x 1.5 sqmm copper armoured FRLS PVC cable etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying and installing in position sign boards made out of 3mm thick Opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self ahesive vinyl painted foam board, with mirror fasteners complete all as specified and directed for signages printed "IN CASE OF FIRE USE STAIRS UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE" of 1.5 cm height letters in red with white background. The size of the board shall be 25cm x 30cm and shall be fixed at the height of 2 mtr from finished floor near manual call points.
Supplying and installing in position sign boards made out of 3mm thick Opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self ahesive vinyl painted foam board, with mirror fasteners complete all as specified and directed for floor indentification signage (ie. GROUND FLOOR, FIRST FLOOR, SECOND FLOOR etc.) at each stair enclosure on every floor, indicating the floor number in words, lettering size shall be 7.5 cm with contrasting colour from background and size shall be 15 cm x 60 cm.
Supplying and installing in position sign boards made out of 3mm thick Opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self ahesive vinyl painted foam board, with mirror fasteners complete all as specified and directed for signage of "FIRE EXTINGUISHER" to be pasted immediately above the every extinguisher, sticker type.
Supplying and installing in position sign boards made out of 3mm thick Opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self ahesive vinyl painted foam board, with mirror fasteners complete all as specified and directed for sign board of "ASSEMBLY POINT" complete with 1mm thick rigid plastic board size of 400mm x 300mm to be fixed on ground by the using a steel rod/ pipe at designated places as per drawing.
Supplying and installing in position signages of "FIRE ORDER" containing the following matter on 3mm thick Opaque PVC foam board of computersied cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board of 3' x 4', Type-I comprising of the following: (A) ALERT THE SECURITY AT SECURITY ROOM BY ACTUATING MANUAL CALL POINT LOCATED AT STRATEGIC LOCATIONS. (B) EVACUATE THE OCCUPANTS BY USING FIRE EXISTS AND EMERGENCY EXITS ONLY AND ASSEMBLE AT VAIROUS ASSEMBLY POINTS. (C) IF POSSIBLE TRY TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE BY USING NEAREST/ SUITABLE PORTABLE EXTINGUISHER OF WATER FROM NEAREST WET RISER. (D) BE CLAM AND DO NOT GIVE ANY ROOM FORM PANIC, WALK, DO NOT RUN. (E) IF YOU ENCOUNTER SERIOUS DIFFICULTY IN EVACUATION, FLAT AND TRY TO ATTRACT ATTENTION OF RESCUE TEAM.
Supplying and installing in position signages of "FIRE ORDER" containing the following matter on 3mm thick Opaque PVC foam board of computersied cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board of 3' x 4', Type-II comprising of the following: (I) ACTION BY SECURITY/RECETION UPON RECEIPT OF INFORMATION THROUGH FIRE ALARM OR FIRE DETECTORS OR BY USING PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM (A) ALERT THE OCCUPANTS BY USING PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM. (B) INFORM FIRE CONTROL THROUGH ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PHONE NUMBERS: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (C) REFER EVACUATION PLAN FROM EVACUATING STANDARD PEOPLE.
