Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, laying cables erecting of poles / struts/stays etc n.exe 10 Sqm on plan not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks subclass ‘B’ old size laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry river sand filling in trenches as cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying and 15 cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supplying, laying, connecting and testing in trenches, under floors/ roads or on walls Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) ISI marked with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 185 Sqmm, 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of GI pipe, size 100 mm dia light grade fixed on poles, walls or laid in trench etc. with all fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25 mm x 4 mm by means of GI Welding made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead, medium grade and earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, transformer neutral and testing on completion as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, wire mesh and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Cost of GI earth Strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation.returninng & filling. PCC chamber pit,RCC cover & test point. (iii) If the desired earth resistance is not achieved during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissible.

Supply, installation testing & commissioning of factory made LT feeder pillar box out door type fabricated with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, totally enclosed type, dust & vermin proof (IP 54 protection) with front & rear side openable double door type with hinged shutter with suitable locking arrangement and angle iron legs of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm and front openable shutters for each MCCB having spreader links with rotary handle hinges on one side, and other side having insulated Copper bus bar of 600 Amps rating ,3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, pre-wired complete with appropriately sized PVC insulated copper conductors, including making electric connection complete by means of suitable size copper lugs , nuts , bolts , washers etc. with cable entry provision, having opening at bottom for entry of outgoing / incoming cables, complete with grouting on floor / brick work with comprising of the following accessories:- (a) MCCB 4 pole,415 V, 320 Amps, adjustable thermal magnetic type, breaking capacity 36 KA - 01 No. (b)Ammeter 0-200 Amps digital type with suitable type of CT - 01 No (c) Voltmeter digital type 0-500 Volts -01No (d) Three indication led lamps for three phases complete with protection type fuses-01 Set OUTGOING (a) MCCB 4 pole,415 V, 250 Amps, breaking capacity 25 KA - 02 Nos (01 Working &01 Standby) NOTE : Cost including necessary Earthworks, PCC foundation as manufacturer's design, connecting loads, lugs, nuts, bolts, washers, required for cable connection, etc. shall deem to be included in quoted Rate.

Dismantling and refixing of existing ceiling light round/square type any size and any wattage including disconnection and reconnection from existing point wiring complete all as specified and directed.
