Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM Surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher /9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm graded metal and 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 45.27 kgs of 60/70 bitumen & 5.03Kg of Plastic waste (Total-50.30 kg) and for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40mm / 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and Laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 12.5 mm thick including refelectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqmm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass as per IRC:35 the estimated finished surface to be level,Uniform and fre from steaks and holes etc.,Complete as per MORTH&H Specification NO 803.

Supplying and fixing of refelective road studs of Catecarory A Raised pavement markers made out of carbonate/Moulded body and refelective steel with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal refelection of the light catering the lense face with retro refelectance and promoticcity values shall be as given in the detailed specifications and the product shall confirm to ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road Conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer.The refelective raised pavement markers shall also confirmed to the MORTH circular No RW/NH 33203/10/97-DO.III and length ,height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm ,15mm and 90 mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm and outtermost faces of Configuration of marker shall not deviate more than 1.3 mm from a flat surface.the marker shall supported a load of 13635kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrykate confirming to ASTM D788 The area of each retro refelectory Complete as per MORTH&H Specification NO 803.
