SCHEDULE 'A' PART VII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS - TO BE QUOTED BY THE CONTRACTOR)

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal cross section area) single core, multi stranded PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLS in and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia or higher medium grade ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk pressed (1.2 mm thick) steel terminal switch boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet top cover, concealed in wall including earth wire continuous of PVC insulated, unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor, cable (FRLS) connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth, earth dolly. Plastic laminated sheet screwed with brass screws, cup washers complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light/fan/exhaust fan/bell/buzzer point controlled by one, one way switches 5/6 Amps.

S&F LED light fitting 18/20 watt, 230V, ECO LED batten with reflector cover channel complete with all accessories, internally pre-wired and connecting the same to ceiling rose with using copper conductor 23/0.0076 flexible twisted three core cable including all accessories and fixing the fitting on round PVC block on wall etc complete all as specified and director. Make : CG, Cat No. LDESL 18-CDL or equivalent make as specified.

S&F LED 12 Watt LED road light, sleek, pressure die cast aluminium housing, enclosed with heat resistant glass cover frame, complete all as specified and directed. Make: CG Cat Part No. LSTN-12-CDL or equivalent make as specified.

S&F connecting & testing MCB, 'C' series 415V with rupturing capacity 10 KA of capacity 32 to 63 Amp, TPN complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Legrand, Cat Part No 4086 80 to 4086 83 or equivalent others make as specified.

S&F ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep with stepped type electronic regulator having BEE 5 Star rating and connecting up including provion of three core flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm copper wire from ceiling rose/connector to fan of length not less than 0.5 mtr. complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Cat Part No. ES-50 5 or equivalent specified make.

Supplying, fixing, connecting and testing cast iron body sluice valve, PN 1.0, both ends flanged, ISI Marked and conforming to IS-14846 with stainless steel spindle for following sizes complete all as specified and directed:- (a) 150 mm Bore

(b) 100 mm Bore

(c) 80 mm Bore

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit 900mm x 900mm x 900mm deep (internal size) with following specifications complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge: (a)Excavation in any type of soil including disposal of excavated earth to a distance not exceeding 100m, (b) 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation, (c) 230 mm thick brick work using old size bricks as in walls in CM 1:4, (d) 15mm thick internal plaster in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (e) 6mm thick MS sheet cover including 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle frame and hold fast including handles, hinges & locking arrangement, (f) Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel & iron surfaces.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump set, horizontal type and comprising of following :- (a) Centrifugal pump set having discharge cap 800 LPM at 34 mtr head 1450 RPM horizontal axially split casing type having cast iron body, bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft, directly coupled with electric motor through flange cupling complete all as specified and directed. (b) Squirrel cage induction motor (min cap 12.5 HP) , three phase, 415 volts AC supply, TEFC type suitable for above pump set . (c) Common base MS channel foundation suitable for above pump and motor made out of IMSC of suitable size as recommended . (d) PCC foundation suitable for above pump set and motor in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 with 20mm gradeed stone aggregate, total height 30 cm (i.e 20 cm below floor level and 10 cm above floor level) with nut bolts etc complete. (e) Suction line from suction chamber to suction end of pump set, made out of 100mm GI pipe medium grade ISI marked incl foot valve of 100mm dia complete all as directed. (f) Delivery line from pump to connecting existing DI Pipe line 150mm dia, made out of 100 mm dia GI pipe medium grade including all fitting ISI marked complete all as directed.

(g) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, unarmoured LT cable, 1100 volt grade with copper conductor of size 3 core 25 Sqmm for star delta connection from panel board to motor with flexible conduit cable lugs etc complete. (h) Bourdons type pressure gauge on delivery side of the pump with stop cock etc complet. Note : Quoted rates shall deemed to include the cost of making air release system of the pump and pipe line for priming the pump set.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing Cast Iron Air release valve with double Air Offices and rubber ball, suitable for 150 mm bore pipe duly ISI marked complete including all necessary jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing Cast Iron non return valve suitable for 80 mm bore pipe duly ISI marked confirming to IS-15312/2004 including all necessary jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of outdoor type, cubical LT panel board, CPRI approved factory made, powder coated (Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade) having minimum thickness 100 micron, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 v, 50 Hz and provided with suitable 'U' type gasket to make it dust/vermin proof & general construction confirming to IS : 8623/93, floor block mounting type made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with using 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame, factory fabricated duly compartmentalized for each control gear with front & back openable, lockable / operable by keys from both sides having brass chromium plated 19mm dia fancy locks, louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air and to accommodate incommer / outgoing MCCBs and TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incommer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulator made of non hygroscopic, non combustile, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not less than 500mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar and extension links shall not be less than 300mm long supported on same type insulators and having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All inter connections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual

Item No. 7.19 Contd… outgoing cables. All inter connections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders & should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. All control wires shall be with FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferrulated for proper identification and crimped with aequate size of lugs. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness not less than 100 microns. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 2 mm powder coated should be used at the bottom with and including necessary earth work and PCC work for fixing panel legs. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 & carry the following items :-

S&F sewage pipe line route indicator of size 30 CM x 40CM, made out of 1.60 mm thick MS sheet fixed on and including 2 Nos angle iron legs of size 40x40x5 mm of length 0.90 M including two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer including writing "SEWAGE TREATED WATER LINE" with black synthetic enamelled paint including necessary excavation, earth work and PCC 1:2:4 Mix, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Scedule part I (2009) with conected to eath test point including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and comman salt, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber and for earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover. precast RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bars both ways with MS handle 8 mm dia. PGI funnel and wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40mm dia medium earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with MS Galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level including necessary excavation, earth work ,charcoal, salt etc and connected to GI earthing lead wire 4 mm dia by means of GI bolt nuts check nuts washers etc and 20 mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel, wire mesh etc including PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate earth pit with 40x40x6 mm mild steel angle iron frame, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-0, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia round bar @100 mm centre to centre both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, plastering 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and upto 150 mm below ground level externally, and GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade from earth plate to test point upto 7.5m length all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified & directed.

S&F exhaust fan with louver shutter, heavy duty, AC single phase, 230V of size 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM and connecting up including provision of three core flexible copper wire of size 1.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose/ connector to exhaust fan not less than 0.50 meter in length complete all as specified & directed. Make : Cromption Greaves Cat Part No EXHD 300 4 1 or equivalent in Usha/Havells/ Khaitan/ Bajaj Note : Before quoting their rates, contractor must read the security provision as laid down in relevant clause of special condition.

Laying only UPVC/SCH 40/100 mm bore laid in trenches including all necessary fitting with colour coading of required colour as per direction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : UPVC pipe 100 mm bore will be issued as free for fixing under Sch 'B'. The cost of fittings are deemed to be included in quoted rates.
