Supply & installation testing and commissioning of symmetric type Galvanized steel high mast lighting system of 16 meter in length in two section, 3 mm & 4 mm section thickness, top dia 150 mm, bottom dia 360 mm, with AISI 3161 steel wire rope 7/19, 6 mm dia system 2 for wich and 3 for lantern carriage, including of timer pannel, complete all as specified and as directed including following :- (a) Sustain upto wind speed of 180 Kmph (b) Non Flame Proof integral Motor. (c) Movable lantern carriage. (d) Double drum Winch. (e) 6 mm 316 Grade S S Hoisting Ropes of 7/19 construction. (f) Trailing Cable –1 per mast (5 Core 2.5 Sq mm) (g) Lightning Finial , Anchor Plate & Template (h) Accessories like Plug and Socket, GI Nut bolt with double washer,wiring cable for fixture, flexible conduit, copper lug, PVC tape, Cable tie etc (j) Foundation Bolt & Nuts T & P for fixing with its allied accessories as per OEM. System is suitable for loading 08 nos 350 w LED lights (k) Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Casting of foundation for High Mast & Panel @10T/sqm soil bearing as per OEM. (l) Earthing for High Mast and Timer panel, Power Supply up to the Panel & Cable laying, Providing Power Cable from High Mast to Panel. Note: Installation should be complete in presence of OEM Rep Make & Model HM-16A-LM-ACC of Crompton or equivalent in Phillips or Bajaj

Supply and fixing of LED aviation light complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed after taking down old earthing.( GI strip upto 7.5m including testing consider in this item).

Supply installation, commissioning and testing including providing all necessary electrical connection, LTpanel, outdoor type CPRI approved factory made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet of size 1.0mx 1.0 mx 0.60 m deep having hinge opening arrangement in front and back side and bottom frame made out of angle iron of size 50x50x6mm thick and 04 Nos legs 0.5 meter length with cable entry and exit circular hole with cable gland & gasket at bottom including painting to all internal and external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (5 stage process) with duly fixed in ground with necessary PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate, street light panel of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitereous enamelled (white), with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and comprising of the following accessories complete including following accessories including taking down Old unserviceable box:-(a) Aluminium bus bar suitable for 200 Amp 0.5 mtr long fixing on suitable capacity and size insulators ---04 nos , 100 A MCCB incommer, Phase indicator lamps (RYB) -set of 3, Internal Wiring complete all as specififed and directed. Note : Cost of foundation to be included in the quoted price.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 350 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp. Model: CFS-501-350-57-60D-SL-GL-NGG or its equivilent in Bajaj/Philips etc

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundation/cable trench, not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15cm below cable and 8cm above the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payments.

Material & Labour for common burnt clay building bricks (locally available best quality), sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 of suitable size available in market to cover LT underground cables, laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm including taking down old unserviceable bricks complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 40 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings and fixtures complete fixed to walls, ceilings, pole using suitable clamp/holder bat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for horizantal boring/drilling hole mannual under the road in soft/loose soil without cutting/disturbing the existing road and inserting GI pipe 80/50/40/32mm bore for drawing the cables complete all as directed and specified. (Note: (i) Cost of acessories required for making hole/bore deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) GI pipe has been measured and paid separately)

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles and stay including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L hard core of broken stones n exc 63 mm deposited, spread andn levelled inlayers n exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface
