Factory made pressed steel frames, conforming to IS, having profile 125 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates made out of 1.25 mm thick mild steel sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc, complete, as specified, supplied and fixed

S & F for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45x85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (including MS Hold Fast). ® Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be madecomplete all as specified & directed.'

S&f 2nd class hard wood, 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples, complete all as specified.

S&F as in repair galvanized MS wire cloth 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.14mm and including fixed with tinned tacks, wooden beading, Metal frame for securing wire gauge with wire stappler complete all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness, size, quality or discription) from metal/wooden frames fixed with pin, beading or oil putty

S&F 3 mm thick, plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil pane putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in Figured glass, 3 mm thick, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel Butt hinges 100mm size, medium weight, incl necessary screws all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern spring including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S/F in 25 mm bore drapery curtain rods poweder coated finished as directed with fancy type incl fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc.

M&L, in repair, 18/19mm thick WPC Solid board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminations and other side balanceing white lamination, fixed with SS screws to WPC frame work in cup boards, and kitchen cabinet rebated including 75 mm brass finished handles on each shutter and hydraulic hinges fixed with SS Screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sub class 'B' brick work with burnt brick of straight or curved on plan, radius in half brick thick built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.50mm graded aggregate) as in sub base floor etc complete all as specified..

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for joint free Non Skid ceramic plain white tiles 7- 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

M&L for glazed ceramic white tiles 600x300x 6 to7 mm thick/450x300x6 to7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid and pointed in any mortor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in floor, wall, kitchen platform, and window jambs etc. bedded laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and rounding of edges over 15 mm thick screed bed CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick, as in floors and staircase steps in one piece, over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and finish including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in C M 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps in one piece, skirting, dado and pillar laid jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and including 15 mm thick plaster CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Mirror polishing on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in plinth protection, path including finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on bricks or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 12 mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth on ceiling/chajja in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint ( Apex or weather coat) over a coat of primer white or tinted on newly plastered surface of walls and applying 1mm thick wall care putty on wall including prepration of surfaces and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall etc and applying 1mm thick wall care putty and two coat of oil bound distemper (OBD) over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling etc and applying 1mm thick wall care putty and two coat of oil bound distemper (OBD) over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of exisitng treatment on old external wall surfaces by sanding machine or any other mechanical means thereafter rubbing down the surface, in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles etc and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on all surfaces and then applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint ( Apex or weather coat) Complete all as specified and manufactures instruction and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note- The Oil bound distemper shall be applied through roller and through applicator)

M&L for complete removal of exisitng treatment on old internal wall surfaces by sanding machine or any other mechanical means thereafter rubbing down the surface, in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles etc and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on all surfaces and then applying two coat of oil bound distemper. Complete all as specified and manufactures instruction and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note- The Oil bound distemper shall be applied through roller and through applicator)

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement / Fiber (corrugated,semi corrugated, etc.) sheet any description as in roof covering incl ridge and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding / ridges, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and specified.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, all as sepcified and directed.

S & F MS work as in framed work for roof trusses purlin rafter fastning distance pieces cleats, wall anchor fastner etc (including fixing independently vertical post) conforming to (Fe- 410-W Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks exc 250 n exc 500 ltr. capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylenewater storage tanks (cylindrical verticalwith closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all asspecified in SSR Part I of capacity 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair Vitreous China urinals, Half stall type, including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and ncluding 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. (Exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe) fitted as required at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair white plastic seat cover for W.C.(E.T.) white including M.S. CP or aluminium hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair chromium plated Jet spray with suitable flexible pipe to EWC for 15mm bore with fittings, complete all as specified and directed.
