Excavation in trenches, for laying of pipe line not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 30 cm in width not exceeding 60 cm in depth for passing of GI/CI pipes all as specified and directed . Note : Making good with PCC shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item.

M&L for cement concrete(1;2;4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded granite stone aggregate for repairing to disturded surfaces complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down cast iron water mains 150 mm bore (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints, including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of drinking water for chemical analysis as per IS 10500. 2012 guideline after lifting the sample from Pump as per testing guidline enumerated in test Physical Parameter (PH Value,Turbidity,colour,odour) Chemical Parameter (Ammonia free & saline, Ammonia Albuminoid,O2 absorbed, Nitrates, chlorides,Hardness temp & Permanent ,TDS, Metal Iron ,Manganease,Zinc,Calcium ,Magnesium ,Sulphate ,Phenolic Substances) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, connecting MS column pipe of 150 mm nominal dia having wall thickness not less than 7.0 mm in 3.0 Mtr length, coupled/threaded and welded with MS Flange of 12 mm thick on both end with supporting ribs (4 Nos.) including jointing with rubber or fiber board gasket with all nuts, bolts and washer set and making edge cutting for passing the submersible cable complete in all respect and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of air release valve flanged type 150 mm dia complete with fittings all as required and directed at site.

Material and Labour for brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200 mm (internal) complete with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 for foundation, brick work in Cement Mortar (1:6), 15 mm thick plastering in Cement Mortar (1:4) (internally) including 6.0 mm thick MS plate covering and angle iron frame of suitable size for covering plate including coping, 100 mm thick, PCC flooring in 1:2:4 type B-1 and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 37.00 above for valve pit of size 1000mm x 1000mm x 1000 mm (internal).

Routine maintenance of chloronome plant (Granuals based dosing plant) as specified by Engg-incharge which include the following :- (ii) Cleaning of plant room once in a daily. (ii) Daily Checking of Chlorination plants /testing of complete system for serviceability of plant. (iii) Routine maintenance and servicing of Agitator by using necessary lubricant, replacement of bush/bearing all as directed. Note : If any defect is found in plant, contractor should rectify the defect within 24 Hrs, if failed to rectify the decfect the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation Rs 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per plant per day.

M & L for rewinding of agitator motor of capacity 120 watts, 960 RPM single phase 230 V and using copper winding wire of existing gauge with necessary insulation material including testing after repair and refixing of the same complete all as directed.

Taking out the defective submersible pump set of 20000 GPH capacity with 30/40/41 HP motor from bore well with column pipe rope cable and other accessories etc and depositing as where directed

Lowering submersible pump set of 30/40/41 HP with three phase electric motor suspended including column pipe of 3.0 metre each or to replace the worn out column pipe to avoid any leakage in bore by unscrewing the nut & bolts at flange joints, steel rope , submersible cable and lowering , commissioning the same after rectification complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and rewinding of submersiable pump set of capacity 30/40/41 HP with PVC insulated /coated copper winding wire of existing gauge with other winding material including rewinding of motor, repalcement of insulating paper sleeves bamboo sticks etc as per starnadrad manufacturer specification including cleaning of starter slots and replacement of defective parts and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In - Charge

Dismantling of pump and motor set complete cleaning all dismentalled spare/parts /winding for inspection of Engg in charge to acrtain the scope of works for repair and replacements

Supply only components/spare parts of existing discription and make for the submersible pumps and motors of capacity as under :- SS impellers with Key and distance bushes suitable for 20000 GPH

M&L for disconnecting and stopping of incoming and outgoing pipes of RCC over head tank of capacity 1,00,000 gallon by means of hassen clothe to avoid choking of distribution pipe lines,removing total water ,frame the over head tank,cleaning tank complete with steel brush, removing complete settled dirt /sand/silt and flushing the complete tank through wash out pipes,cleaning of pipes(Rising, delivery wash out ,over flow pipes),Sluice valve of any size including painting after cleaning surface of pipes with existing shade of synthetic enamel paint and date of cleaning shall also be mentioned on over head tank of pillar with synthetic enamel paint, including removing bee hives from OH Tank if present as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site complete all as specified and directed Note:- (a) The work shall be carried out through trained staff with hygiene and safety equipment. (b) Responsibility for insurance and safety of team will solely rest with the contractor.

Routine/periodical cleaning the inside area of pump area including cutting/removal of uprooting of unwanted grass,bushes and small trees near all around sub station and pump house complex complete including surface dressing and levelling by surface excavation complete all as directed.
