REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE AND CLEANING OF MANHOLE, SEPTIC TANK AND RELATED B/R WORKS IN ZONE III AT UMROI MIL STN UNDER GE UMROI

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, piers holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, precast cement concrete block walling in any position, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exceeding10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all specified and directed.

M & L Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs (1:3:6) type C1, 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4 as in walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm bore (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of 150mm bore (SN-8), thickness greater than 1.30 mm, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 for 150 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface in any discription etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and directed.
