Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. Exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete.

M&L for 18 -20 mm thick mirror polished kota stone, machin cut kota stone slab flooring over 20mm cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450x300x7mm) thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting wall, and dado set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) rough to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic light coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile n.exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour tiles including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches , pillar etc but excluding ashalar facing dressed stoen and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish.

- ditto - all as per item No. 10 but except bricks obtained from dismantling.

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (chalk whiting ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on ceilling finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coats white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of framed work such as grills, grating, steel ladder, iron gate and doors framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolt, handles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted gaivatume aluminium sheet zinc coatin GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
