Supplying, installing, connecting, testing & commissioning mineral oil immersed, natural air-cooled, outdoor type, double wound (copper) distribution transformer, three phase, 250 kVA rating, non sealed type, 50 Hz rated frequency, 11 kV high voltage and 415 V low voltage nominal system voltage, 11000 V/ 415-240 V no-load voltage ratio, connection (vector) symbol Dyn11, 30⁰ positive phase displacement, off circuit tap changing arrangement for voltage variations of +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% for variation of HV, minimum energy efficiency level-2, 4.5% impedance, ONAN type cooling all as per IS-1180 (Part 1): 2014 including amendment upto and including amendment No. 4 dated 01 Oct 2021 complete with all fittings, accessories and item all as specified and directed. Note: - The energy efficiency level higher than the minimum energy efficiency level as specified here shall be provided without any extra cost in case the transformer of minimum energy efficiency level is not available.

Taking down XLPE cable from any height of pole and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning XLPE insulated,armoured,heavy duty, LT UG cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volts grade cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core connected with aluminium lugs connected by cramping tools complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning XLPE insulated,armoured,heavy duty, LT UG cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volts grade cross sectional area 150 sqmm 3.5 core connected with aluminium lugs connected by cramping tools complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type-1, with peak, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in -Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for trenchless boring under road crossings/foot paths by manual / Boring machine complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed at site.

M &L for GI Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm buried directly in ground verticvally to size of earth pit not less than 0.90x 0.90 x 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm, 7.5 mtr long (Min) by means of brazing nuts, bolts, check nuts, & washers ,testing of completion (drawn in earth strip protection pipe light gade GI of size 40 mm dia) by means brazing at both edges with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 3 of SSR Part - I filling with charcoal dust , and common salt , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,perforated watering pipeof size 15 mm dia,funnel with wire mesh,earth strip protection pipe light grade PCC chamber 1:3:6 type C1 (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 Type B1,450 x450 x50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia steel rod all as specified and directed and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs and screw nuts etc all as specified and directed by EIC Note : (i) 7.5 RM GI earth wire deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 RM wire shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be not more than 02 Ohms on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to included salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm (Min) top of GI Plate.

S&F for GI earth strip (32x6) mm strip with and including necessary clamps, nut bolts laid in ground complete all as specified and as directed.
