Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm removing material and stacking complete all as specified.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickenss) WBM, with coarse aggregate or granite, trap, basalt of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber as required using roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg. Per 10 Sq.M using paving bitumen. Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thick ness 75mm or less) using power roller exc 8 ton n exc 12 ton complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Bituminous Premixed semi dense asphalitic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid in mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient useing power roller exc 8 ton n exc 12 ton complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Wherever usage of paver is not feasible, such as roads of narrow width, roads in hilly terrain. Laying of paver shall be done manually as directed by GE and Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm depth, making good by applying tack coat @5 kg/ 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous mecadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (paving bitumen) 9.8 kg per/ 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed mecadam, binder and chipping), depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (Retro-reflective) of specified shade / colour, using hot thermoplastic material with fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surfaces including necessary T&P, including cleaning the road surface off all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign materials etc. complete all as per manufacture's instructions and all as specified and as directe by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix solar cat eye (road studs) of size 125x125x 25mm with shank of 56.8mm, water prrof, energy saving and ecofriendly DHRUV solar road stud made out of solid aluminium alloy shell powerd by solar cells and panels. Technical specifications:(1) Aluminium-alloy shell (2) Solar panel - mono crystalline solar 2.4V/0.3 Watt (3) One NiMh or Ni-cd rechargable battry (4) Six super bright LEDs Make : Dark Eye Solar Stud (DHRUV) all as specified and manufactures instruction.

Supply and fix in repair Road Flexwel Delineator [Reflector] as per approved madel, made of highly flexible material, fitted with 100mm PMMA reflector, which emit excellent reflection during night time, overall height of the reflector shall be of 1.1 metre and of reflector colour Amber, Red or White, as approved by GE, including cutting holes of size 400x400x450mm and fixing by filling PCC 1:2:4 at different locations complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge [Make : Dark Eye model No.DA 952 FX or Udyog]
