Repair renovation face lifting extension of Assistant Accounts Officers room along with replacement of damaged cables at adjoining Chemical Shed of QCPD Jammu

Repair renovation Face lifting of AAO’s room at QCPD Jammu by way of providing and fixing of 15’ x 15’ vitrified floor tiles of standard make and wall tiles of 15’x10’ of 01 wall and 10’x10’ of 2nd wall of standard make excluding of window of size 4.5’ x 4.2’. Job also includes demolishing of brick work manually means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr. Lead and dismantling and stacking of old Aluminum patrician of size 15’x3’ at safe side and electrification of the room by way of replacement of old damaged electrical system with new ones, job also includes providing, fitting of conduit pipes, junction boxes of 2 modules of 02 Nos. and 8 modules of 01 No., job also includes 16 Amp. of modular switch and sockets 02 Nos. Job further includes providing and laying of 1 sq.mm, 2 sq.mm and 2.5 sq. mm copper wire of standard make as per the requirement. Job also includes providing and fitting of LED Bulbs of 2 Nos. Job also includes providing and fitting of 2 No. Wall Fan including repairs of Split Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton along with replacement of damaged cables approx. 30mm sq. 3.5C XLPE Aluminium and 50 mtrs. 16 sq. mm 3C Copper at Chemical shed adjoining AAO’s room in the store premises of QCPD Jammu. Complete job includes the cost of materials, cement, sand, dust, chemicals, cables, hire charges of tools, tackles and other allied accessories, skilled labour charges as applicable.
