M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even and using WPC, complete all as specified and directed (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), as on concrete surfaces (such as top & sides of chajjas, beams, balcony ceiling etc.) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered/undecorated surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified

M&L for preparation(complete removal of existing treatment) of old decorated external wall/ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over priming coat premium quality on wall/ceiling surface including applying 2mm thick wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation of any reason, sand papering thus make surface smooth upto 4th storey buildings complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Stage for Preparation of surfaces shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge before applying the finishes. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment by mechanised sander of berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling of holes and cracks with with suitable material like cement or plaster of paris etc and thereafter applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls. Note : (a) Stage for Preparation of surfaces shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge before applying the finishes. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer.

All as per item No.9 here-in-before but on surfaces of ceiling.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat pink primer complete all as directed.

M&L Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old steel painted surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.0 Sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Pressed steel frames made out mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick, with size of frame 125 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates,cutting holes in walls etc and applying a shop coat of red oxide primer including providing PCC 1:3 :6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded crush stone aggregate for filling back of chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part – I, Section – 8, clause 8.20 (a) ; supplied and fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

S & F flush shutter 35 mm thick solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides with lipping / frame to match all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L First quality, Vitrified ceramic coloured, joint free tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square or rectangular) of size 600 x 1200 mm, on vertical surface set and over including 10 mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/walls, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut prepolished kota stone slab as in flooring, steps of stair(treads), set with neat grey cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, laid over and including 20mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) screed bed/bedding layer, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the sahde of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified

M&L for machine cut prepolished kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in skirting/dado, riser of steps, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set in neat grey cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) for laying of Granite slab& pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including of granite edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick marble stone of counters vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc completed all as specified

M & L 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, laid in 1:20 slope as in plinth protection including making joints at 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/ 25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.50m deep for laying cables/pipes/poles and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in hard/dense soil n'exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n'exc1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick( 8 Cm before laying the cable and 15Cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note _ Thickness after punning (18cm) shall be considered for payment.

Supply and lay well burnt brick class B of size 250 x 110 x 75 mm as protection to cable in cable trenches all as specified and directed
