Treatment of sunken floor surfaces with 0.488 kg/Sqm first layer of slurry of cement mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to be cured for 4 hours and then applying in second layer slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg /Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer based modified cementitious composite compound @0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to be cured for 4 hours, including taking down old/existing treatment with wire brusing and clearing the dust and foreign material before new treatment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound or through their authorised specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed by engaging local labour.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium, point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as light fittings, switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, ceiling, floors etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing of 25mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanized with and including all fittings including short lengths etc., fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete with all fittings such as tees, bends, elbows, short pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Old 25 mm bore steel water tubing obtained from Srl Item No 95 shall be re-used.

M&L for removing all loose scale and corrosion deposits of the exposed corroded steel including surface preparation, corroded steel should be cleaned all around including the back of exposed reinforcement with the clearance/ gap between steel & concrete as recommended by manufacturer, then applying rust remover with brush by complete wetting the material surface by rust remover & leaving for 24 hrs and thereafter surface preparation of coated bars and applying 2nd coat of rust remover & leaving the same for the specific period as per manufacturers instructions and further again preparing and cleaning the steel surfaces for treatment complete all as spd & directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Sika Rustoff 100/ Fosroc Rebacklens/ BASF Emaco S420 or equivalent.

Corrosion Resistance Coating: M&L for applying passivator/ anti corrosion coating to the prepared reinforcement steel surfaces of items No-158 above. The materials shall be cement based polymer modified coating for corrosion protection and shall be applied aqs per manufacturers instructions. Make:- Sika Armatec 108/ Fosroc Nito cole AP-35/ Equivalent in BASF. Note:- Site for application is at various locations and height varies up to 15.0M Proper stable Scaffolding is must for working.

M & L for preparation of old RCC/concrete surface and applying a coat of (two components solvent free) epoxy bonding agent using brush after cleaning of surface from all dust or laitance all as per manufactures instructions and as dir by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Sika Siadur 32 LP/Fosroc Nitobond EP/Equivalent in BASF Note : Site for application is at various locations and height varies up to 15.0M Proper stable scaffolding is must for working.

Providing and applying ready to use single component high strength polymer modified cimentious repair mortar 25 mm thick with water/powder ratio as specified by manufactures so as to achieve the following parameters :- (i) 28 days compressive strength >=50N/nm2 (ii) Flexural strength at 28 days >=5N/nm2 Make :- Sikatop 122 HS/Fosroc Nito Mortars/Equivalent in BASF Note : Site for application is at various locations and height varies up to 15.00M Proper stable scaffolding is must for working .

Curing compound :- M&L for applying high efficiency water based film forming curing compound over the fresh concrete cementious surface to form a continuous non-penetrating coating providing ad barrier to moisture loss ensuring more efficient cement hydration, improved durability and reduced shrinkage. The compound shall be applied by sprayer only as per manufacture instructions to ensure complete and proper coverage, pump pressure should be maintained to give an even fine spray and finish as per the manufacturer specifications.

M&L 1 mm thick external wall care putty on newly plaster surface for only item Nos 158 to 162 above, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Taking down serviceable/unserviceable electric water heater including all connection pipes from existing position carefully and refixing the same including making good to disturbed surfaces (Note : Disturbed surfaces should making good by plastering/distempering/color washing/white washing to match with existing surfaces and required fastener bolt) complete all as specified and as directed .

Notes:- For Srl Item No 01 to 164: The rates include for items of surfaces finshes Bldg upt G+3 height above all external/ internal surface finishes and the following:- 1. Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measure for. 2. Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. 3. Work in patches, and in narrow/ widths, bands, cornices, plasters etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary. 4. Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fitting etc to protect them from splashes. 5.
