M&L for preparation of old surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on wall including cornices etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall, chajjas, soffit of chajja, slab projection etc of any height of bldigs and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing the surface of walls of any height of bldigs and apply two coat of cement base paint over a coat alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the old surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted on walls by mechanical applicator, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old undeorated wall surfaces by washing ,rubbing down and stoping of distempered or complete removal of existig treatment of any height of bldigs and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted etc by mechenical operator, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion on old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 above but surface area n.exc 10CM width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling including cornices etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall of any height of bldigs by brooming down with wire brushing, stoping and applying two coats of exterior weather coat/ plastic emulsion under one coat of primer by mechanical applicator, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with with water etc , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of any height of bldigs and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item no 14 above but in CM 1:4 of any height of bldigs with WPC (WPC will be measured and paid separately)fair and even surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of any height of bldigs, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty to make colours scheme and good or rbbing smooth old diffrent colours painted wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on wall of any height of bldigs all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surface of any height of bldigs and applying three coat of white wash completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall of any height of bldigs all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing the surface of walls of any height of bldigs with 3mm thick Birla putty/JK Wall putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing the surface of ceiling of any height of bldigs with 3mm thick Birla putty/JK Wall putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair and rendering 10mm thick in cm 1 :3 on chajjas, facia, roof projection, column sides, beam bottom and sides including throating after removing cracked plaster and concrete including cleaning of viisible reinforcement and treating with cement slurry also necessary repair to cracked concrete upto 60cm wide from bldgs of any height, if any with cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate including necessary scafolding work for double/single storey bldgs,complete all as specified and directed.
