Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of tiles of any thickness, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar

Supply and fixed in repairs 60mm thick machine pressed precast interlocking coloured (min 2 shades) paver block of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 of Grdae M-35 placed over sand cushioning made up with 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stoner aggregate, factory made of any tint, over and including filling the joints with coarse sand complete all as specified Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply and fixed in repairs 80mm thick machine pressed precast interlocking coloured (min 2 shades) paver block of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 of Grdae M-35 placed over sand cushioning made up with 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stoner aggregate, factory made of any tint, over and including filling the joints with coarse sand complete all as specified Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately

M & L chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick over 15 mm thick bedding of CM 1 : 6 in floors set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with gray cement and pigment and complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete M10 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 50 mm thick in subbase for laying tiles, pavings etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as directed.

Renewing cement concrete tiles 20-25mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm in patches, are n exc 5 sqm including removing and cleaning old tiles, praparing beds and laying or setting over 20mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 300x300x10mm non skid coloured ceramic exterior grade (endura) tile in floor set & jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick cement screed 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concerete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1 :3 ( 1 cementy : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete

Dismantling of interocking paver block and keep aside paver block for reuse complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying cement concrete paver block using paver block obtained in dismantling laid in and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63:2018 and 2 to 4 mm wide joints fileed with fine sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63:2018, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick in floor/ steps laid over and including 20mm thick rendering to receive the stone in cement mortar 1 :3 and jointed complete Note : - Kota stone shall be provided in one piece in steps (Riser/ tred)

ditto all as above but kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting dados and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering to receive the stone in cement mortar 1 :3 and jointed complete

M & L for plain cement concrete type B 0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in, copings, bed to drain and mass concrete complete including demolition of existing concrete work all as specified and dirceted

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing of new painted concrete surfaces (Kerb Stone Painting) of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing old stone, concrete surfaces (Kerb Stone Painting) of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work using burnt brick/ fly ash bricks as specified in clasue 6 of Particular specification, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing the old decorated plastered /un plastered surfaces of walls including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot etc. and applying two coat of cement base paint, white or tinted all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, using 12.50mm aggrgate Type C-0, set in cement mortar (1:6), 25 mm thick (measured solid), including all mould-ings but excluding frame (pre cast frame shall be measured seperately and paid

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, set in CM 1:6 all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified including dismantling old AC/CGI or any pattern old sheet and removing from site

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in this Schedule all as specified & directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ ISI marked (IS-2062) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coat of synyhetic enamel paint on steel surface over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described

Grinding and polishing of marble/ Kota stone flooring M & L for machine grinding and polishing of existing marble/ kota stone flooring to restore shine, smoothness and uniformity including filling of cracks/ void and cleaning of the surface. The process shall be carried out in multiple stages
