M&L for preparation of old steel surface of chair verandah and welding loose joints, if any including de-rusting the surface and painting with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint white colour (1st Grade Quality) and recaning with 4-5 mm half round 0.8 thick plastic cane made out of virgin plastic, in existing pattern complete.Rest all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Removing unserviceable plywood from Charpoy folding and providing 8/9mm thick plywood MR Gde with suitable size of nut and bolt including welding of loose joints,if any and painting by brush with one coat of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved shade.Rest all as per drawing & as directed by engr-in-chage.(DRG NO. FD-388(R) )

Removing unserviceable plywood from Charpoy GI Pipe and S&F 12 mm thick (9 ply) plywood of MR Gde duly teakwood beading 12mm thick half round dia all around of suitable size fixed by pannel pins and adhesive with diamond cut pattern finishing at corner and fixing with suitable size of nut,bolt and washer to frame after titening of complete frame including welding of loose joints,if any and painting of flat/angle iron by brush with one coat of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved shade.Rest all as per drawing & as directed by engr-in-charge. (DRG NO. FD-220 ) Note:- shape,pattern and size of nut, bolt and washer shall be approved by BSO.

M&L to repairs charpoy GI pipe nylone newar by replacing the following unserviceable parts with approved ones.Rest all as per drawings and as directed by engr-in charge. (DRG NO. FD-220) (a) Plastic newar 50/55 mm width ( white colour),made out of virgin plastic of approved quality woven in V shape and sample as available in BSO office. Note:- (i) The weight of nylone newar shall be 1.5 kg per charpoy. (ii) The entire frame including legs of charpoy shall be titened before weaving.

(b) S&F 3 way medium gde GI elbow ISI marked suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe.
