Taking out old unserviceable LT UG Cable, 1100 volts grade of any type any size by disconnecting the connection carefully from both the ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Laying, testing and commissioning or fixing in Wall or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core , 1100 volts, grade jointed with suitable size thimbles and cable gland, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply Laying, testing and commissioning or fixing in Wall or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core , 1100 volts, grade jointed with suitable size thimbles and cable gland, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , laying & testing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade earthed , laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 95 Sqmm 3 core nominal cross sectional area complete all as specified and directed as per IS-7098 (Part-I)

Supply and fix in repair/replacement cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material of tubular sleeve version and accessories suitable for 3½/ 4 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sq mm complete . Make- Recmay / Denson or equivalent .

Supply and fix in repair/replacement cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material of tubular sleeve version and accessories suitable for 3½/ 4 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 70 to 150 sq mm complete .Make- Recmay / Denson or equivalent .

Supply and fix in repair/replacement cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for "End Termination joint" complete with Jointing material of tubular sleeve version and accessories suitable for 3½/ 4 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 70 to 150 sq mm complete .Make- Recmay / Denson or equivalent.

Material & labour cable jointing kit for HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50-95 sqmm including testing and commissioning & taking down old unserviceable cable jointing kit, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armourend aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for searching fault location of HT/LT UG cable 11000/415 Volts laid in trenches/ducts with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with frequency distance calculator etc incl transportation of machinery. Excavation in any type of soil exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated portion of the cable treating cable of any size including disconnecting and re-fixing cables with lugs as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Transporting to burnt out transformer for repair to ciivil workshop, by arranging required transport/T&P, Strip opening of transformer and removing the top cover for repair, and taking out the burnt out core alongwith HT/LT coil (windings) assembling the core after replacement of HT/LT coils heating varnishing, testing and housing accessories in transformer body and connection up filling in dehydrated transformer oil and connection with existing electrical system HT/LT and commissioning complete on load of capacity not exceeding 100 KVA (Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for rewinding with supper enamelled double paper covered copper wire for HV (11/0.433KV) winding having existing size and giving proper insulation and de-moisturizing before assembling the winding core and including primary testing, ratio testing, no load testing, core insulation testing and setting connection of tap changer including taking out unserviceable winding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reconditioning of LT side coils by removing it from its postion carefully and refixing the same carefully by providing insulation material, packing and spacers etc and de-moisturizing before assembling and number of turning & weight to suit with existing coils including primary testing, ratio testing, no load testing, core insulation testing and setting connection of tap changer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

De-hydration/ filtration of transformer oil by hiring on line filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength not less than minimum 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap including following work services :- (a) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, collided carbon oxidation sludge etc upto < 1 micron. (b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vaccum. (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. (d) Top up the transformer oil upto the level NOTE : (i) Contractor shall use the vehicle mounted filtration plant with new suitable size heavy duty hose pipe. (ii) The transformer oil required for replacing/top up shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" (iii) Conducting field testing of di-electric strength of the transformer oil before and after filteration (iv) Checking the megger/earth resistance values with battery operated megger of 5 KV

M&L for Filling / topping of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 4 mm gap complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) to get dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 4 mm gap all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of breather assembly of Transformer including silica gel upto 100 KVA transformer as per existing make and type 500 Gm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement brass terminal stud 12 mm with nuts, check nut, oil seal and washer for HV side of transformer up to 100 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement brass terminal stud with nuts, check nut, oil seal and washer for LV side of transformer of any make (as per sample) up to 100 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement bushing of HV side as per existing size/Model of the capacity up to 100 KVA transformercomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement bushing of LV side as per existing size/Model of the capacity up to 100 KVA transformercomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour in repair/replacement for earthing galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below normal ground level) with top edge of earth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized steel strip 32 mm x 6 mm as earth lead upto equipment by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, test point made of GI strip 40x8mm, 10cm long PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4 Kg per Sqm with 40mm bore GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) Specifications, complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr including testing on completion & dismantling of existing earthing, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in repair/replacement of MCCBS 100 amps, 4 pole, breaking capacity 16 KA, 415 volts, AC including taking down old unserviceable MCCBS, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in repair/replacement of of MCCB 160 Amps 4 pole 36 KA, G frame, fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting fixed in existing panel and connected to old existing cable including necessary fixing arrangement lugs, glan etc complete including taking down old all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair/replacement aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size for HT/LT overhead lines on steel tubular poles/PCC poles, stretching without kinks and bends including binding wire suitable cross section (but not less than 16 SWG), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repair/replacement of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for painting to existing steel tubular HT poles, 11 Mtr long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with one coat of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing pole numbers. of 2 inches bold letters with black paint after painting, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for painting to existing steel tubular LT poles, 09 Mtr long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with one coat of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing pole numbers. of 2 inches bold letters with black paint after painting, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in repair/replacement lightening arrestor, expulsion type consisting of multiple spark gaps in series with one or more non linear resister to limit voltage surge on AC power circuit to interrupt power flow current suitable for outdoor installation and exposed direct to sun with ambient temperature below - 10 degree C to 50 degree C suitable for surge discharge capacity 65 KA, 11000 volts grade conformign to IS-4350 including all fittings, complete all as specified & directed.

Stretching/tightening of existing ACSR conductor of any size any number of conductors on HT/LT poles after loosening binding wire from insulators and removing spacers upto a level to maintain a permissible space between conductors after rebinding the conductor with insulator with GI wire, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix in repair/replacement Bus bar Panel, Size:0.8x0.4x0.4 Mtr, Kisok outdoor type, CPRI type tested, LT 440 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 Phase 4 wire supply , floor mounted factory fabricated weather and vermin proof protection class IP 54 made out of 1.4 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA on angle iron 30X30X4mm frame of size suitable to incorporate following accessories with front opening doors, locking arrangement powder coated internally and externally, shall have channel base of appropriate size and mounted on PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer or directed by the Engr -in - charge including earth work complete comprising of Bus bar chamber comprising 4 Nos Aluminium strip bus bars PVC insulated made of aluminium strip of size suitable for 200A current. PVC sheathed with colour coding.

Supply & fixing in repair/replacement of Steel Tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) conforming to IS : 2713 Part-I to III 1980, complete with 6 mm thick mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, MS bolts, nuts, screws including painting upto 1.5metre above PCC coping in black and white strips 05 Nos of 30cms each starting from the bottom of the pole and two coats epoxy based paint aluminium grade finish to the remaining external surface over one coat of primer complete including taking down old unserviceable pole all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of change over switch 4 pole 415 volts 200 Amp in conforming to IS with front operated handle complete with fixing in existing LT Panel as directed

Supply and fix in repair/replacement OFF LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 100 Amps all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 meter wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundationetc or for manholes, laying of pipe in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 45 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.0 mtr.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable all as specified and directed. (Punned thickness shall be measures).

M & L for Old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road surfaces or hard standing 0.45 mtr depth and 0.3 mtr width (22 CM thick comprising bituminous topping) for laying of pipes/cables and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of providing PCC 1:2:4 required to making good the disturbed surface to match with existing.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
