Earth work in cutting in Silt/ Soil from top of embankment top of road and top of brick work etc and its to be used in restoration dowla embankment etc with all lead and lift with proper compaction and dressing .

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density WBM Grade-1 complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density WBM Grade-2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density WBM Grade-3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 as per Direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Mix plant, laying with paver machine and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades etc. as per Technical Specification Clause 508. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat with VG-10 Grade Bitumen by suitable Mix plant, laying with paver machine and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades, sealing the voids in a bituminous in Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510. including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-215 the fineshed surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes rates are inclusive of all taxes, royality etc. all T&P/ machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

Brick on end edging on both side of the road 7 cm wide and 11 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of 1st class bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming to excavated earth as directed by the Engineer incharge.
