Tray Dryer 100 kg per Hour (10 Nos.): Each Tray Dryer should have following technical specifications: • Capacity: Minimum 100 Kg/hr • Inner Chamber: Made up of SS304 • Outer Chamber: MS or any equivalent food grade material • Motor: minimum 1 HP with strong shaft and fan blades to circulate Air inside the chamber. • Trays Material: Made up of SS304 • Controller: Digital controller with temperature setting facility. • Censor: PT 100 censor for accuracy in temperature indication. • Maximum Temp: Up to minimum 150-degree temperature. • Temperature Accuracy: +/- 2 degree Celsius • Insulation: Glass wool insulation between two walls. • Air Vents: 2 Numbers of Air Vents on Top of the Dryer. • Rating: Minimum 18 KW • Size of each tray: Minimum 16-inch x 32-inch x 1.5-inch • Complete supply, loading and unloading of equipment, erection, installation and commissioning of the machinery equipment should be included.
