Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth; for foundation, laying/taking out pipes/cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and exceeding 1.5mtr but not exceeding 3.0mtr in depth; for foundation, laying/taking out pipes/cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5mtr but not exceeding 3.0mtr in depth and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe outer dia 120mm confirming to IS 14930(Part-II) with end cap as in trenches/under road/under floor including cutting road/floor and making good wherever necessary or fixed to wall/pole with fixing arrangement with suitable size of MS clamps made from 40mm x 3mm size flat iron including nuts, bolts & washers for cable protection complete all as specified & directed. Note: Excavation for trenches shall be measured & paid seperately.

M&L boring of holes under road, pavement, taxi track, hardstanding for passing/crossing pipes/cables upto size 80mm dia/bore at suitable depth (not below than 600mm) by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and using necessary machinery / equipments complete without damaging the surface and removing excavated soil /material to a distance not exceeding 50mtr including supply & inserting GI pipe 80mm bore medium grade complete all as specified & directed. Note: One RM of boring & one RM of GI pipe shall be measured as one unit.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation/coping of pole etc. including necessary formwork to exposed surface finished even & smooth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in coping to pole etc. including necessary formwork to exposed surface finished even & smooth complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out/down existing HT cable, 11000 volts grade any description, size 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm including taking out /down GI pipe and bricks/brick bats as cable protection wherever associated with cables complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) Excavation & earth work shall be mesured & paid seperately. (ii) Brick/brick bats shall be credited to contractor.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning of HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed), confirming to IS-7098 Part II with amendments upto date, size of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole or passing through pipes/ducts etc, complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than May 2023. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre, in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. (ii) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) The contractor shall produce original purchase vouchers duly machine numbered alongwith excise duty gate pass of factory for verification and record.

S&F in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrinkable type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrinkable type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified & directed. S&F cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer including dismantling of old unserviceable cross arm as existing complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting electric connections of underground HT, XLPE cable,11 KV, any size, from both sides and locating/detecting of pin point fault in cable with fault locating machine comprising impulse generator, acoustic fault locator & reflectometer (Laptop based) in the entire length with modern fault detector equipment by expert Engineers including reconnecting & commissioning the cable to make it functional complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) The work will be executed after obtaining proper shutdown from main power house after liasoning with Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Excavation and Earthwork shall be measured & paid seperately.

S&F in replacement cable route indicator made of mild steel plate of size 100mm x 150mm, 6mm thick welded with MS angle 40mm x 40mm x 4mm, one meter long, "Cable HT" embosed on MS plate, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates block of size 300 mm x 300mm x 300mm as in foundation including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Earth work & PCC work including form work included in quoted rates. (ii) Steel surface shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over & including one coat of zince oxide primer and quoted rated are deemed to be included for this aspect.

S&F in replacement Drop out fuse(set of three) single pole with insulators, mounted on GI channel barrel and suitable rating of fuse element as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fixing & testing in replacement single pole zinc oxide (gap less surge type), heavy duty, station class, self supporting outdoor type lighting arresters having rated voltage 09 KV (RMS), discharge current 10 KA insulation level 28/75 KV/KVp (peak) suitable for rated system voltage of 12 KV supply system with maximum continuous operating voltage (MCOV) not less than 7.65 KV (RMS) with highly non linear ceramic resister made of zinc oxide in hermetically sealed container, complete with metal base, base insulator and suitable terminals for ground connections and pressure relieving arrangement complete all as specified & directed. Note: The lighting arresters shall be of set of three

S&F in replacement Switch Air break gang operated, triple pole, for horizontal or vertical operation, mechanically operated, outdoor type, mounted on 9 insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of 25mm bore, medium grade GI pipe from ground level with & including locking arrangement & minumum 02 Nos. eye hook, 400 Amps current rating 11000 volts working pressure including making electrical connections to make it functional after testing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixed with MS clamps ,bolts and nuts, for HT of 25 cm x 20 cm size as per SSR Part-I complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in replacement true vertical steel tubular, swaged welded pole conforming to IS-2713 part II , type 410 SP 55, 11 metre long complete with mild steel base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300 X 300 mm, finial taper plug, cap, bolts, nuts, washer and screws hole of required size and Nos. for fixing cross arms including painting externally with two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer for exposed surface and two coats of black bituminious paint for embeded portion in concrete as well as throughout internally including provision of blue & orange(AF pattern) colour strips with fluorescent paint upto 1.5 mtr height & nubmering of pole complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Excavation, earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of demolition of existing PCC of pole deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of battery bank made out of MS Sheet 1.6 mm (minimum) thick and angle iron frame including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & inlcuding one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces with 12 Nos of VRLA batteries each of 2 Volts and 100 AH complete connected in series including powder coated Battery charging panel with voltmeter, ammeter and variable type rotary transformer ( automatic battery charging system ) suitable for input of 230 Volts, AC, 50 Hz, single phase and having adjustable charging rate 15 Amp at 24 volt DC complete including copper control cable interconnection etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: Old Batteries only shall be credited to contractor.

Servicing of 11 KV VCB at substation, 400Amp to 630Amp rating, dismantling cleaning greasing the complete VCB, Setting/Testing of numerical relays, busbar etc insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking, detection and repairing of fault the current circuit panel wiring, relay testing and calibration and provision of minor spares as required complete including operational testing and commissoning complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Item includes Testing for protective relay, Insulation resistance testing of VCBs, Earth resistance test of earthing connected with VCB, Testing of CT & PT, Calibration of protective relay & report submission. (ii) Defective VCB panel spout / insulaters to be replaced & cost deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Spare parts will be measured & paid seperatly if found defective and same shall be of same make & model as per existing accessories. (iv) The labour factor of dismantling/taking out of old defective spare parts and fixing only of new spare parts are included in quoted rates. (iv) Make of VCB installed at site: CG/ABB/Siemens (v) The servicing shall be done through OEM or authorized rep of OEM of VCB. The quoted rates deemed to be included for this aspect.

(ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, lugs for cable and any other minor works and material required for re-assembling all dismantled parts are deemed to be included the rate quoted by contractor. (iii) The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iv) Oil testing of transformers deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

De-hydration & filtration of transformer oil by using dehydration and filtration plant by means of Ultra High Vaccum double stage machine to remove impurities from oil such as moisture, dirt, air and other gases at site of installation in running condition of transformer including testing the oil before and after centrifuging from top and bottom of transformer to achieve the BDV value not less than 50KV at 2.5mm gap between electrode withstand for one minute complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Dehydration will be carried out at site in presence of MES rep only and contractor will submit the dehydration report of each transformer. A record should be maintained by the contractor and should submit with RAR. (ii) Oil Test value record register shall be prepared in presence of AGE/JE and handed over the register to sub divn on completion of work.

Supply only transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60KV to comply IS-335 of 1993 in sealed barrel complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of external surfaces of existing transformer of capacity 100KVA to 315 KVA for painting including fins/radiators, removal of all existing paint/ rust/oil/grease and unwanted material and applying two coats of synthetic enamel metallic paint, smoke grey, by means of spray gun at site of installation of transformer including writing SM/MES number, capacity of transformer etc with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Silica gel breather in granular form for transformer air breather of capacity 100 KVA to 315 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

S&F fire retardant/exinguishing Electric insulated mat 2.5 mm(INSULATICA 2000) 2.5mm thick + 10% conforming to IS:3043, IS:5216 (Part1, 2 & 3), IS:8437 and IEC 479 pub-1, tested for breakdown strength, Tensile/ Elongation ageing properties, insluation resistance, effects of acid, alkaline, diesel & transformer oil, leakage current tests, fire test etc having min width of 1000mm +20mm. All allied materials such as pu-resin, chemical bound (Hardener), Spl PVC adhesive, liquid primer etc of required quantity to complete the job as per site requirement for all voltage not exceeding 11 KV system complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 20mm x 3mm copper strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling and taking out /down existing earth wire or GI strip complete all as specified & directed.

(iii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.

M&L testing of 11/0.433KV transformer at site, checking of breather and other accessories, dielectric strength test of oil, insulation registance test of winding, Earth resistance test of connected earthing of transformer and submitting report complete all as specified & directed . Note: The testing will be carried out from the approved agency of PSPCL / UHBVN / State Electricity Board

M&L painting of steel tubler poles upto 1.5 mtr height from pedestal, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in 30 cm wide strip (five strips), painting pattern shall be as per Airforce colour code including painting of pole coping with black paint and writing pole numbers with white paint on black circular base including marking of HT/LT with Painting of pole cross arms bracket with two coats of aluminum paint over & including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Laying, jointing, testing & commissioning HT XLPE cable 11000 volts (earthed), cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole or passing through pipes/ducts etc, complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Old cable obtained from BOQ item 10 here-in-before shall be used. (ii) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, end termination joints & protection covers shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Wherever required, the GI pipe retreived from BOQ item No. 10 here-in-before shall be re-used as a protection pipe to cable.

S&F High Voltage Busbar Insulating Heat Shrinkable Tape complete all as specified & directed. Make: Raychem / RPG / HVBT-12-A

Disconnecting HT/LT cables & Earthing connections of burnt /defective transformer of capacity 100KVA to 315KVA, 11KV/433 volts, 3 phase, any make, from 2/4pole structure / floor mounted / CSS, taking down from site of installation carefuly & transporting the same to workshop for repair, opening, draining out transformer oil, dismantling complete & taking out core assembly, cleaning /washing of tank removing the dirt sludge and sticky materials from all parts of the transformer including core tank and cooling tubes, removal of damaged parts, dehydrating the core assembly, re-assembling after replacement of damaged parts of the transformer after repairs, making connections and filling dehydradated/fresh transformer oil and testing for all type of tests(routine test & full load test) including transportation back & reinstallation/connection of transformer at site complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) The repairing/ servicing shall be done through OEM or authorized rep of OEM of transformer. The quoted rates deemed to be included for this aspect. (ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket, minor welding, oil for cleaning and minor parts which are not catered here-in-after are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Major spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately. All parts/components replaced shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer. (iv) The draining of old transformer oil, filling of new one or dehydrated oil is included in quoted rates. (v) The labour factor of dismantling/taking out of old spare parts are included in quoted rates.

M&L opening of top cover and allied parts of transformer of capacity 1000 KVA, lifting of core for repair/inspection of core assy including assy of copper coils, tapping connections, insulation on Tap leads with insulation paper, star connection by new EC grade copper on HV & LV side, refitting of HV/LV bushing and transformer accessories with top cover, painting of transformer with powder coated paint complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) The repair/inspection shall be done through OEM or authorized rep of OEM of transformer. The site shall be visited by rep of OEM before opening the cover of transformer. The Cost of this aspect deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) M&L for repair/calibration of RTCC Panel for WTI, OTI and Buchholz relay deemed to be included in unit rate. (iii) Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured separately in respective item of BOQ. (iv) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings, oil for cleaning etc. and any other minor works and material (other than listed separately in tender) required for re-assembling deemed to be included the rate quoted by contractor. (v) The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane should be deemed to include in the rate quoted. (vi) Oil test charges before and after deemed to be included in unit rate.

For Credit Schedule, refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
