Demolition of brick and block masonry built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and clearing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 2 here in before but except brick complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including hacking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water with and including removing of vegetation growth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair surface of concrete surface in CM (1:4) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel not exc 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat priming with alkali resistant priming paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes(salt glazed, stoneware , AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement 'mortar 300 mm dia and taking out from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete bed 1:4:8 type D-2 to drain pipes including forming cradles (for 300 mm dia pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 2 with one collar per length of pipe for 300mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sail-glazed stoneware drain pipes internal dia of pipe 150 mm laid in trenches and jointed as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 mm including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested completed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down silt gravel boulders, vegetataion grass from complete chocked and blocked and fully filled up nallah/culvert with revoking the silt rubbish to distance exc 150 m but not exc 300m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete slabs etc in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab etc set in cement mortar (1:4) including use and waste of formwork & placing on drain/manhole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking etc & binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser No 20 here in before but 8mm dia TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete cement (unreinforced) in ground floors pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub base/ mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC coloured chequered tiles with grey cement and pigments 25cm X 25cm X 22mm thick machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished laid in floor/paving set and over & including screed bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for polythene film of 400 micron thick, white over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade laid over a layer of polythene film, fine river sand, watering and consolidating complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand and polythene film shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over a layer of polythene film, fine river sand, watering and consolidating complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand and polythene film shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4, 12.5 mm graded aggregate , rounded or chamfered on edges as in coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete work as in pavement/ hardstanding of flexural strenght 40 Kg/sqcm in field using 400 kg of cement per cum, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Concrete shall be laid in panel as directed by Engr in charge. 2. Joint shall be measured and paid separatly. Surface shall be broomed finish.

Material and labour for forming 12 mm thick expansion joint filled with pre formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade A for 200mm thick slab complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floor finish paving etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work surfaces in internal wall with CM (1:4) finished smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for high performance hybrid polyurea waterproofing coating spray/hand applied liquid membrane with following specifications: (a) Elongation of range 400% to 600%. (b) Tensile strengthof 8-12N/mm2. (c) Crack bridging ability of 3.00-4.00mm. (d) Hardnes (Shore "A" ASTM D2240) of range 50-70.The application shall include final base preparation, epoxy primer application in rato 1.1 (resin: hardner) with 100% water dilution and application of Hybrid polyurea in two coats in 6 hrs interval to achieve total min thickness 1 to 1.50mm. The application/ treatment shall be carried out by authorized rep of approved specialist firm/manufacturer. A sample has to be prepared by applicator before starting of work on ground and this sample to be approved by GE. Note:- The defect liability period of water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including sunken floor shall be 10 years and the contractor shall be responsible to keep the entire building(s) free From leakage/seepage for a period of 10 years after certified date of completion. The contractor may obtain a similar guarantee from the specialist firm engaged by him for the purpose. (b) Contractor has to bring entire quantatity (as per manufacturer's instruction for coverage area per unit of material) of water proofing material in one go and to be deposited in MES store. MES JE will issue material for use at site on daily basis and all empty cane shall be kept in MES store untill entire work of water proofing is completed as per CA. (c) Contractor shall submit original purchase voucher as soon as material arrived at site, for verification of required quantity of material as per manufacturers instruction.

Removing existing water proofing APP/blace top treatment and removing rubbish material out side of site complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces & brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed.
