Cleaning of air filter of SADHANA facility etc. Cleaning of air filter of SADHANA facility and chimney damper requires putting scaffolding up to 20m. Cleaning with compressed air. Mechanical cleaning with wire brushes, soft brushes, DM water cleaning. /Exhaust & ventilation fans at different elevations 15-30 m to be cleaned. /450 NB butter fly valve, 200 NB Frozen seal gate valve etc shall be cleaned in situ with acetone. Height passes from safety section to be obtained.

Operation of passive air damper etc. Work involves operation of different systems for a definite number or cycles /Operation of passive air damper /test set up for limit switches/sodium pressure measurement device /Sodium frozen seal breaking torque measurement set up, Operation of vacuum pumps, fusible plug etc /Each work prolongs for a week. Work involves operation of torque wrenches, compressor, Data monitoring operation of hectares, pumps etc.

Cleaning of Process water tanks etc. Cleaning of Process water tanks, sumps, Cooling towers, Scaled down models and equipments etc. Work involves mechanical cleaning with metal wire brushes /Chemical cleaning in heat exchangers & tube bundles as removal of mud. Each work involves cleaning of about 〖60-70 m〗^2 inner side area of equipment and operation of valves & pumps.

Assembling /Dismantling of different test setups/engineering systems. Work Involves Assembling /Dismantling of different test setups/engineering systems - involving Flanged / Threaded joints with size 2-8 inches. /knife edge joints of vacuum system with metal gaskets, KF types vacuum couplings / Replacing packing of gate valves etc. Also involves Pressure hold test, Leak test with soap solution. Each work involves Assembling /Dismantling of 30-40 joints

Handling & Erection of different components. The work involves handling & Erection of different components weighs 200kg- 400kg with 4-8 number of flanged and bolted joint such as 6- 8 inch size NRV /valves at different pipelines / Subassemblies in test set ups / sodium frozen seal breaking torque set up/Pumps, blowers on respective base frames and foundations. Arrangement for hydro tests for receiver tanks, vessels etc. Operation lifting equipments, alignment of flanges, leak tests.

Material handling works. Material handling to / from IGC stores, stock yards, different engineering halls, etc stacking pipes, rounds, plates in Hall2, Hall4, Hall5 storage places. Loading/Unloading of gas cylinders and Chemicals Work involves handling of materials with proper safety.

Hall II & Hall IV Structural Area Cleaning Works. Upkeeping of Hall II & Hall IV structural and plant operating area as per technical specification
