Construction of 30,000 Lit OHT with 1300m Pipeline at 85 Goundampalayam H/O 85 Goundampalayam

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 mand initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth,earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

RCC M30 design mix concrete ( Approximately for one cum of concrete 400 kg of cement, 0.47 cum of sand with bulkage and wastage , 0.57 cum of HBG ston of 20 mm size ,0.28 cum of HBG stone of 10 mm size are to be used ) for the following members (excluding the cost of RTS grills for reinforcement, centering and shuttering, strutting,) but including cost of mixing, laying of concrete, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, ramming consolidating finishing, water charges curing etc., complete complying with relevent standard specification and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Centering for soffits of RCC members including shuttering, strutting to the centering and providing supports etc. complete for the following members using MS sheets of suitable size of BG o10 stiffened with welded MS angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over I type of M.S. Truss of size 25x25x3mm spacing at about 90 cm C/C and supported by 40mm GI Pipe ( medium) spacing at 75mm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications for various heights and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers. The centering should be removed after the specified striping time of the concrete as per IS-456/1978.

Painting the new plastered surfaces with two coats of approved (snowcem)cement paint for all the external surface of the structure including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers using the following colour i) Ivory for all external surface except the projection of floor slab/roof slab and hand rails, II) Golden brown for the projection of the floor slab / roof slab and handrails

Supplying, cutting, bending, tying, fabricating and placing in position of steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire etc.The steel should conform to the relevant ISspecification and supplied with test certificate (Fe.415 grade as per IS specification No.1786/1985 and as amended from time to time) for delivery at site of work including loading, freight, unloading, stacking, transit insurance charges, taxes etc. complete . Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery andfixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stageto IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. atGround Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Providing and fixing RCC inside access ladder of approved pattern and design in RCC 1:11/2:3 (One cement and one and half sand and three HBG stone of 20mm size ISS gauge) 0.40m width, 0.10m thickness, 0.12m breadth for side post, 0.05m thickness 0.12m breadth for steps with suitable inclination including cost of cement, reinforcement centering, finishing, curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Providing RCC ventilating arrangements as directed by TWAD Board officers-Separate sheet

Supplying and fixing in position of cut stone of size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.15m at site in CM 1:3(One part cement and three part sand) at bottom of inlet pipe inside the Sump the suitable size and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Supply, delivery and fixing in position of 0.60x0.60 m C.I manhole frame and cover heavy duty approved patten at the roof slab and as directed . the manhole frame and cover should of light etc., complete SOR P.NO 81 WD-M1358

Refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth (other than sand) in layers of 15cm thick,watered well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification removing and spreading the surplus earth at the places shown and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Provision for pipe connection arrangements for inlet outlet, scour and overflow etc., including cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamel paint etc., complete (As per seperate estimate)
