Item No.01 Carrying out detailed topographic survey of Sewerage network by using total station / DGPS in PCMC area including taking L-section, picking up all details like invert levels of existing sewerage lines, diameter of pipe, type of pipe, direction of flow, size of manhole including drainage connections to manhole chambers with its levels, type of manhole, condition assessment, capacity, levels (normal/HFL) of nearby water bodies if sewer lines laid along river, nallas, etc. details of encroachments, structures and any other site information required for design of sewer line alignment, Procurement of TILR map/ CTS map / Layout records from concerned departments, necessary permissions from concerned authorities, Connecting all the primary total station control points by G.I.S. Benchmarks level and preparing AutoCAD plan and sections by using above data, Procurement of necessary Licensed softwares and trainings required for the use of same to PCMC representatives as directed by engineer in-charge etc. Complete.
Item No.02 Carrying out detailed topographic survey of Storm water drains by using total station / DGPS in PCMC area including taking L-section, picking up all existing details like invert levels of existing storm water drains, diameter of drains, material of pipe, direction of flow, size of chamber, condition assessment, draining capacity, levels of subsequent discharging locations of nallas, natural river bodies, normal & HFL of nearby Rivers & Nallas etc. details of encroachments, structures and any other site information required for design of Storm water drain alignment etc., Collection of TILR map/ CTS map / Layout records from concerned departments, necessary permissions from concerned authorities as directed by engineer in-charge etc., Connecting all the primary total station control points by G.I.S. Benchmarks level and preparing AutoCAD plan and sections by using above data, Procurement of necessary Licensed softwares and trainings required for the use of same to PCMC representatives as directed by engineer in-charge etc. complete.
Item No.03 Carrying out detailed topographic survey of Gutters (open /partly closed/ closed) in various areas especially slums, gaothans, unauthorised settlements etc. by using total station / DGPS in PCMC area including taking L-section, picking up all existing details like invert levels of existing drains, diameter of drains, material of gutter, direction of flow, size of chamber, condition assessment, draining capacity, levels of subsequent discharging locations of nallas, natural river bodies, normal & HFL of nearby Rivers & Nallas etc. details of encroachments, structures and any other site information required for design of drain alignment etc., Collection of TILR map/ CTS map / Layout records from concerned departments, necessary permissions from concerned authorities as directed by engineer in-charge etc., Connecting all the primary total station control points by G.I.S. Benchmarks level and preparing AutoCAD plan and sections by using above data, Procurement of necessary Licensed softwares and trainings required for the use of same to PCMC representatives as directed by engineer in-charge etc. complete.
tem No.04 Carrying out detailed survey of nalla using Electronic total Station / DGPS including taking L-section, and crossection at every 30meter and wherever change in direction taking at least 06 spot levels per crosssection (15m on either side of nalla) and collecting details of all natural and artificial features along Nalla boundary like temporary / permanent structures, survey no. and city survey no. boundaries, compound wall, fencing, water bodies, trees, cultivation, roads, DP roads/ Reservation Boundaries, culverts and crossings, electric line, electrical poles, transmission towers, telephone line, encroachments, structures, normal & HFL of nallas & Rivers and any other site information required for Nalla design etc. Collection of TILR map/ CTS map / Layout records from concerned departments, necessary permissions from concerned authorities as directed by engineer in-charge etc. Complete. Connecting all the primary total station control points by G.I.S. Benchmarks level and preparing AutoCAD plan and sections by using above data, Procurement of necessary Licensed software and trainings required for the use of same to PCMC representatives as directed by engineer in-charge etc. complete.
Item No.05 Taking the trial pit for roads, alignment, C.D.Works in Hard murum, and Boulders including stacking the excavated material including all lifts and necessary back filling upto depth 3.0 meters.
Item No.06 Taking trial bores 75 to 100mm for 53.0 to 88.9 mm core dia. in rocks as specified below including all necessary materials such as oil, grease, steel boostan and such other materials as required (including conveying the material to site of work) and Preserving the core sample serially on site of work and conveying the same to HQ of concerning office as directed. Quartzite with diamond drill with Nx Bit, 0 to 15 metre.
Item No.07 Base map of Sewage and Storm Water System: Scanning, Digitisation and Geo-referencing of cadastral/ revenue maps and interpretation of all existing features like building, waterbodies, rivers, agricultural field etc. To generate basemap. Creation of GIS platform by using ortho rectified image And revenue data etc. Complete as directed by engineer in-charge.
Item No.08 Storm water network update including chambers in GIS map including attributes like pipe size, length, age, location, latitude, longitude, type, material etc. Complete as directed by engineer in-charge
Item No.09 Sewage network update including manhole chambers in GIS map including attributes like pipe size, connections, length, directions, age, location, latitude, longitude, type, material etc. Complete as directed by engineer in-charge
Item No.10 Condition Assessment of existing Sewer lines Asset Functionality, Efficiency and Service Time/ Life Time of the assets using Robotic / CCTV Technology etc. Complete as directed by engineer in-charge.
Item No.11 House Drainage Connection Survey (including Private STP’s) covering connection id, name, address, contact, lat. Long., type of connection, diameter, invert level, crown level, type of use etc. and linking Database in GIS map including attributes as directed by engineer in-charge
DPR and PIU
Item No.12 Design of City’s Sewer network of existing and extended PCMC area with the help of survey carried out, available data, Prevailing Rules & Regulations as far FSI, TDR is concerned also considering Development Plan & Zoning and population forecasting. The design should be prepared with approved software ( which will be property of PCMC afterwards) & System improvement plan in consideration of new sewer lines, new STP’s and pumping stations. Detailed Project Report (DPR) of the same shall be furnished with design drawings and cost estimates, technical specifications and bill of quantities etc. Complete as directed by engineer in-charge.
Item No.13 Design of City’s Storm Water Drain network, Nalla network of existing and extended PCMC area with the help of survey carried out, available data, Prevailing Rules & Regulations as far FSI, TDR is concerned also considering Development Plan & Zoning and population forecasting. The design should be prepared with approved software ( which will be property of PCMC afterwards) & System improvement plan in consideration of new Storm water lines, Rehabilitation of Nallas. Measures to increase rain water harvesting and ground water level of city. Detailed Project Report (DPR) of the same shall be furnished with design drawings and estimates, technical specifications and bill of quantities. Complete as directed by engineer in-charge.
Item No.14 Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for Sewer Drain Network, Storm Water Drain Network and Rehabilitation of Nallas of Pimpri-Chinchwad City for Tendering Process and Post Tendering services. (Estimated DPR value- 300 Cr.). Charges not more than 1.25% as per PCMC rates.
