Tiruppur Corporation_GF_Formation of BT Surface For Approach Road and Electrical Arrangements at High Level Bridge Across Nallaru River Connecting Lakshmi Nagar Main Road and Poombarai in Ward No. 08 and 16 Package 3

Excavation inculding removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of road way and side drains in accordance with specifications and the line, grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer using Carted Earth with a lead of 2km for formation of Diversion Road and Approach road.

Supply and fabrication of Fe-500 steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule cost of steel at site fabrication,labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc,complete, as per section 1009.3, 1600 of MoRT&(H) Specifications (Fiftli Revision-2013).

Filling behind Abutments and Wings with clean gritty gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to worksite, laying, handling charges and filling in layers, tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density including watering, with all leads for water and all other incidental charges etc, complete as per Cl. 710.1.4 & Appendix 6 of IRC : 78-2014 and Section 305 of MoRT&(H) specifications (Fifth Revision)

Providing and laying Granular Sub-Base Grade V consisting of well graded materials confirming to the grading given in Table No.400-1,mixing in a mechnical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density,etc., complete as directed by the Engineer, as per MORTH No.111,112,401,900.

Providing and laying Wet Macadam Base Course of 150mm thickness in two layers of 125mm each or else as specified on the prepared sub-base with graded stone aggregate and granular materials of quaility size and grading placed in layers as specified inculding mixing in base mix plant, spreading in uniform layer in motor grader and compacting with vibrating roller of 80 to 100kN static weight and fine dressing for requried grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing,equipment safety measures, testing and incidentals necessary to complete the work as per technical specification clause 406 and as directed by Departmental Engineer

Providing and laying of Prime Coat using Emuslion Bitumen SS-1at the rate of 7.00Kg/Sq.m over the WMM surface preparatory to another construction over it.,

Providing and laying of Tack coat using Emulsion (RS-1) at the rate of 2.50kg/sq.m over the promer treated WMM surface preparatory to another construction over it.

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam 50mm thickness which work shall consist of construction using crushed aggregates, premixed with VG30 Grade Bitumen at the rate of 4.00% by weight of the total mix confirming to the aggregate and bunder as per the job mix formula in the Hot mix plant, transporting the mix to the worksite, laying with paver finisher and compaction with smooth wheeled and vibratory roller in accordance with the specification and in confirmity with the drawing as directed by the Engineer for DBM (Grade-II), as per MORTH No.111,112,505 and 900.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30mm thickness which work shall consits of construction using coarse aggregate premixed with VG30 Grade Bitumen at the rate of 5.40% aggregates and binder as per job mix formula in the Hot mix plant, transporting the mix to the worksite, laying with paver finisher and compaction with smooth wheeled and vibratory roller in accordance with the requirements of the specification and in the confirmity with the drawing as directed by Engineer for BC(Grade-II) as per MORTH No.111,112,507 and 900.

Providing and laying of Hot Applied Thermoplastics compound 2.5mm thick inculding reflectorising glass beads at 250gms per sqm. Area thickness of 2.5mm is exculsive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., Complete as per MORTH Rev.5 - Specification No:803.
