M & L for repair of sunken floor treatment as per following steps and directed by Engr-in-charge : - (a) Demolition/dismentling of sanitary fixtures and fittngs and taking out and removing sunken floor fillinga way from bldg complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge (b) M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC in mortar complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge (c) M&L for applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ of 1.20 Kg per Sqm on the plaster surfaces including verticla surfaces and laying APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less that 3.5 kg per sqm of make ‘Superthemolay’ by STP Ltd or Hyper Plas Polyester manufactured by M/s IWL or Bengal supermat manufactured by M/s Bengal bitumen or SBS water proofing menbrane manufactured by M/s Modern bitumen Pvt Ltd or Torch tar Brand APP membrane of torchtar membranes & Bitumen products pvt Ltd over compatible bitumen primer @ 0.4 kg/sqm by torching application with a propane or butane gas torch with an overlap of 100mm at the sides and 150mm at the ends all as per manufactures instruction (d) Plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 mix (using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) asin filling of sunken floors complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge (e) S&F 45cm long 25mm dia medium grade GI pipe as in spouts including making holes in RCC and making good in cement mortar 1:1/PCC 1:2:4 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note-01 : - Rates quoted are inclusive of taking down the existing sanitary fittings carefully i.e flushing cistren,flush pipe connection pipe, traps , CI pipes etc and fixing after completion of sunken floor treatment and fixture fittings required shall be included in quated rate . except floor trap required at site ponding test shall be carried out for 24 hrs for any leakage/seepage. Note -02 . WC and EWC, etc shall be consider under this item .
