REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF STREET SECURITY LIGHT, GARDEN LIGHT, HIGH MAST LIGHT, CONTROL DEVICES ETC AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT KOLKATA AREA UNDER GE(N) KOLKATA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width or n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exe 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of cable,foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 1 above, but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.0 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed including spreading, leveling at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / protection pipe not exceeding 30cm wide and not exceeding 30cm deep and making good after laying pipe/ cable etc. with PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) matching with existing road complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down worn out/ damaged/partly serviceable / unserviceable PVC insulated underground cable, armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors any size, 1100 volt grade from trench ,testing,segregating and keeping in safe custody the serviceable portion for reuse including bricks, stacking serviceable bricks for reuse complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE :-Excavation wherever required shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing, commissioning, testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 10 sqmm 4 core, with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, in duct / trenches, fixed to pole, wall/roof and make good distrubed surface including cable glands of required size of aluminium thimble for making connection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7 but of size 25 sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned depth only shall be measured and paid)

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ new bricks, laid flat dry but jointed, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as Item No. 10 above but laying only (serviceable Bricks, obtained from above item no 6 shall be reused)

All as per Item No. 12 here in before but for size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded FR-LSH industrial cable with elctrolytic grade annealed copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade of nominal area 25 Sqmm confirming to IS:694 including connection using copper lugs of suitable size after disconnecting and taking out old cables complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no. 14 above but nominal area of conductor 35 Sqmm.

Material and labour for repairing of unserviceable street light fitting on attending complaints after taking down from poles by means of disconnecting all connections, unscrewing from bracket, repair/replacing damaged connectors/wiring cables/drivers and refixing the same on the pole after make it serviceable, connecting all cable connections including deposite of unserviceable light fiitings to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts like connectors, drivers shall be measured and paid under relavent items here-in-after.

Material and labour for repairing of unserviceable post top lantern/garden light on attending complaints after taking down from post by means of disconnecting all connections, unscrewing from post fixing arrangement, repair/replacing damaged connectors/wiring cables/drivers and refixing the same on the pole after make it serviceable, connecting all cable connections including deposite of unserviceable light fiitings to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts like connectors, drivers shall be measured and paid under relavent items here-in-after.

Note: Spare parts like connectors, drivers shall be measured and paid under relavent items here-in-after.

Supply and fix cable junction box IP 65, inside dimension 182x180x111 mm with provision of connector/terminal for cable 16 sqmm size to be fixed on pole/ wall with suitable size of clamp, nut, bolts and washer made out of thermoplastic polycarbonate with glass fibre reinforced including taking down old unserviceable junction box with mild steel work complete all as specified and as directed. (Make - Cape Cat no. CJB 008PC or equivalent in Hensel/Syntex/ National)

Supply and fix cable junction box IP65, inside dimension 254x180x111 mm with provision of connector/terminal for cable 35 sqmm size to be fixed on pole/ wall with suitable size of clamp, nut bolts and washer made out of thermoplastic polycarbonate with glass fibre reinforced including taking down old unserviceable junction box with mild steel work complete all as specified and as directed. (Make - Cape Cat no CJB 009PC or equivalent Hensel/Syntex/ National)

Supply and fix MCB single pole 6 to 32 Amps, 240 volts, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs including taking down the old unserviceable MCB complete all as specified as directed. Make: “Cat 408587 to 95 of Legrand or equivalent model of makes specified in PS”.

Mateial and labour in repair for 2 run, PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded cable with copper conductor 2.5 sqmm and 1 run 2.5sqmm drawn through and including conduit pipe and clamping with aluminium strip 25 x 2mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix and connected in replacement of busbar chamber 4 strip, electrolytic copper busbar capacity 200 Amps ,suitable length for 4 way out going to be fixed/ mounted on pole /post / wall/ angle with suitable size of clamp, nut bolt, washer, angle of suitable size, etc required at site for fixing of bus bar complete including taking out the old unserviceable busbar unit complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Havells/ C&S/ Indoasian or equivalent makes as specified in PS)

Supply and fix and connected in replacement of busbar chamber 4 strip, electrolytic copper busbar capacity 100 Amps ,suitable length for 4 way out going to be fixed/ mounted on pole /post / wall/ angle with suitable size of clamp, nut bolt, washer, angle of suitable size, etc required at site for fixing of bus bar complete including taking out the old unserviceable busbar unit complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Havells/ C&S/ Indoasian or equivalent makes as specified in PS)

Supply, in replacement including installation and testing of Street light automatic timer switch panel digital type timer switch 3 phase of capacity 65 A contractor/ 63 A TP including all connection to be fixed on LT panel/ wall complete with electrical connection with existing electric supply with suitable size of cable complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Indoasian/ Havells / C&S or equivalent make as specified in PS)

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles upto 30cm above ground including necessary form work, and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old damaged PCC coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of electric pole, bus bar and panel board etc including necessary form work and demolition of old unserviceable concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair electronic timer 230V, 16A for street light timer panel of existing make and model including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Indoasian Cat no TDA43110 or suitable for existing)

Supply only elctronic driver suitable for street light of capacity 70/90/120 watt complete all as specified and directed. Make: Surya/Crompton/Havells/Bajaj

Supply only elctronic driver suitable for flood light of capacity 120/150/200 watt complete all as specified and directed. Make: Surya/Crompton/Havells/Bajaj

Supply only elctronic driver suitable for post top lantern/garden light of capacity 10/15/35/40/45 watt complete all as specified and directed. Make: Surya/Crompton/Havells/Bajaj

Fixing only LED STREET light of any watt including all fixing arrangements required to fixed with pole/ wall on existing bracket or wall including suitable size of fixing items such as clamps, nut bolts and washer of suitable size and connecting with existing electric supply with three run single core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable with flexible PVC conduit and making connections including taking down old light fittings any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Street light fittings shall be issued under sch.B free for fixing.

Fixing only flood light of any watt including all fixing arrangements required to fixed on pole/ wall / surface with suitable size of fixing items such as clamps, nut bolts and washer of suitable size connecting with existing electric supply with three run of 1.5 sqmm single core copper conductor cable with flexible PVC conduit including taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Flood light fittings shall be issued under sch.B free for fixing.

Fixing only post top lantern of any watt including all fixing arrangements for fixing light on wall with suitable fixing arrangements and connecting light with three core flexible cable of suitable size including taking out old unserviceable light any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Post top lantern light fittings shall be issued under sch.B free for fixing.

Fixing only LED bollard of any watt including suitable size of fixing items such as clamps, nut bolts and washer of suitable size including PCC base of suitable size for fixing and connecting with existing electric supply with suitable size of flexible cable three core copper conductor with flexible PVC conduit including taking down old unserviceable light fitting any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bollard light fittings shall be issued under sch.B free for fixing.

Material and labour for street light fitting bracket, made out of 40 mm bore GI pipe, light grade of length not less than 1.20 mtr, 45 degree bend to shape and fixed on pole with 2 nos FI clamps of 40x5mm of suitable length made shape of pole , bolts, nuts & washers including taking down old unserviceable bracket complete all as specified & directed.

Materials & labour for painting to Steel Tubular poles from the ground level with one coat black bituminous paint up to a height of 1.50 m and zebra painting upto 1.5 mtr height in yellow and black colour strips in alternate layers of 150mm width complete and balance portion upto top with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed (Approx height of pole:7.50m above ground).

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel pipe electrode 40 mm bore medium grade, 2.5 mtr length buried directly in ground preferably vertically in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 1.25 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia length upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 15mm dia GI pipe (light grade) not exc 7.5 mtr, alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 20 mm bore GI tubing for watering to earth electrode, earth lead connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 02 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion including taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix three run of self adhesive reflective type polyvinyl chloride tape water proof in three color red, white & yellow for street light pole 2 inch x 50 meter role fixed in position complete all as per direction of Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix LED tri-colour strip (Orange ,white ,Green) IP waterproof, flexible, outdoor type on pole including complete connections all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. (Make Crompton/Wipro/Philips/Century/Surya)

Supply and fix MNX 70 Power contactor suitable for fixing in electronic timer panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
