COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR/ MAINT OF BLDGS, CONNECTED PATH, TILING, FLOORING, PLINTH PROTECTION AND CERTAIN OTHER MISC REPAIR OF WORKS IN ABHM, ABHM ANNEXE, MD OFFRS ACCN AT SP MARG AND IHQ OF MOD TPT UNIT ASC UNDER GE NEW DELHI

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided including removing the unserviceable material out side the MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for lean concrete 1:4:8 type D2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded Agg) as in drain finished even & smooth surface without using extra cement complete complete all as specified.

M&L 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

M&L for cement concrete chequered tiles top PU quoted with size 300x300x22-25 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces as in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying in repair at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L preparation of new concrete, wall surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, interlocking , paver block any type or pattern including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for vitrified floor tiles of size (600mm X 600mm & 9-10mm thick), in floors etc. set and jointed with adhesive and pointed with epoxy grouts as per manufacture instruction to match complete including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
